Beautifully laid-out grounds, very good sanitary facilities, and a friendly harbor master. Wonderfully quiet and pleasant marina life. Short distance to the beautiful city center and a nice "20th Century" museum.

Excellent campsite with swimming pool and friendly owner. However, the sanitary facilities are very outdated, dark and difficult to keep clean. There is more to this campsite, but doable for a few nights.

I endorse the other reviews, with the addition that the favorable location near the A20 means that you can hear it well.

Excellent camping for a few nights with a lovely pool for the children. Also restaurant, bread service and nice place at 2 kilometers. Near the exit of the highway, which you do not hear further.

Nice location near the center. Much green and quiet. Small places. Owner not very welcoming and somewhat stiff. Pay cash directly. Plumbing complete but no more than that. We liked the price (EUR 20, - for two adults, 2 children under 12 and no electricity).

Beautifully located and beautifully landscaped motorhome. Beautiful sanitary including rain shower. Not cheap but everything is inclusive. Center Leeuwarden and supermarket close by (well cycleable). Noisy sheep, but that is part of it.
