What a relief, finally a campsite where we were welcomed "as guests"! We wanted a lot of shade but found the spots towards the little beach better. Just a bit more varied vegetation. Plus for dog owners, great walks can be taken directly from the campsite. Even on a weekend in July, it was wonderfully quiet at the campsite. We were planning to stay two nights, but booked two extra! The path right along the sea is particularly beautiful and easy to do.

The toilet block is kept very clean, but when people leave skid marks behind and step into the shower cubicle with dirty flip-flops! Well! Tip: not all spots are suitable for campers longer than 7 meters. The small restaurant at the end of the access road has a nice atmosphere. We really paid for 24 hours! Arrival at 2:00 PM, departure at 2:00 PM, so really just like at a camper site 👍 Very friendly ladies at the reception. Fellow campers were also very quiet!

Price/quality in high season, mediocre. The sea is beautiful. Standard pitches are very gloomy. Staff very unfriendly, can't manage a smile. Upon departure: no greeting or "how was your stay": just "check out". Bakery commits an "economic crime" displaying prices in large print excluding VAT... this became apparent when settling the bill. It leaves a nasty aftertaste! Croissants tough, from the previous day? Anyone who feels at ease "like a cash cow" will be fine here. But again, the sea is beautiful

It's nice that you can get into the water via steps. On Sundays (late June) there was indeed noise pollution: booming bass, etc. Mondays quiet, some traffic noise in the evening. I think there aren't enough showers; we already have to wait in line now (low season). Friendly staff. I think the three stars apply to the owners because the campsite is supposed to be "pet friendly," as it's 8.50 per dog per day! starting June 30th! Absolutely ridiculous. Dogs are the new revenue model!

The price becomes a standard 15.00 euros after a period of 5 hours, as we understood it. See previous review. We were a bit hesitant due to "burglary and attempted burglaries" read in earlier reviews. We chose this because dogs are not allowed on public transport, often not in taxis either, and taking them along on a bicycle is not an option. It is a regular parking space with the added extra of a clean water tap and "camper service". The city center is within walking distance. Traffic noise, not an unsafe neighborhood.

We were here in the low season and paid 19 euros (with dog) per night excl. tourist tax. Still a real campsite like you rarely find anymore. No annual pitches and mobile homes. Toilet building is/is being renovated. Very clean. Spacious pitches, sufficient shade. Direct access to the forest and the beach from the campsite. Nice sea to swim in, not too "rough". . Only "dissonant" the funfair-like snack wagon, stands out.

Part near the school somewhat restless, of course a lot of traffic(s) movements when dropping off and picking up. place itself on a dead end road Small path along the meadow where dogs can be walked on a leash. Few places with shade, if it is boiling hot and you have a large camper we find it antisocial to park across the spaces, while there are large places available. All services available, except electricity.

Quiet place and if you are lucky enough shade. Walks from the village not recommended in warm weather. Tip walk to Gaillac along the river. Cross the bridge at the Tennis sign to the left then immediately follow the unpaved path to the river. Gaillac also has a beautiful park. There is a museum in the park. This camper place and surroundings have more to offer than just a "stop and go" for one night. We recommend this place.

69 most beautiful camper places? Location is now a camper park. Access with a (digital) pass. Too bad that more and more municipalities are choosing this option. Price unknown: indication 13.- 15.00 If you only want to stay overnight, you pay a hefty price for services that you do not use. You can still stay overnight for free, next to the camper park. Parking lot is a "gray" area. Village itself not nice; dog unfriendly not worth a detour.

Were here during the May holidays. Understand that the most beautiful places go to people who stay longer. For us, the plus points are: the beach and boulevard of the town within walking distance, a beautiful walk "above" along the sea. There is nothing to complain about at the campsite itself. Fifth star because when we got home we still had a question about "an incorrect bill in our opinion". This was handled and resolved very well. A compliment for this.

Upon arrival it "turned out" that we had already been here two years ago. Place still great: to walk the dog, go into the village, Gasthof Diem and the Konditorei recommended. Bakery/Café now closed. Two stars for location: close to the beach and town. The campsite is part of a beautifully maintained hotel/apartment complex with bougainvillea, oleanders, etc. The campsite (guests) is a child care provider. First along a construction site. Site with dilapidated building, crumbled wall and neglected (2nd) toilet building. No effort has been made to take the camping decoration to a higher level. Good! Spacious pitches, access road very narrow. One shower is good, the other only 15 seconds of water.... Economical with water ok... but this is very short. A sandy beach is a beach with (small) pebbles.

The CPs look beautiful with the oleanders around them. Each place has a water tap, but unfortunately it is closed. The beach across the street is nothing at all. The sea here is full of rocks that you can easily break your back on. There is a pier with steps where you can immerse yourself in the water, but not much else. To the right of the CP at the first zebra crossing you may be able to go 10 m into the sea without being injured.

Toilet building still under construction. Close to the beach, but the path immediately under the railway bridge goes up on the left when there is still water in the riverbed, quite steep. Cucina Tipica: delicious food, but especially nice that they were (simple) dishes that I have never seen on the menu at "the Italian". We recommend both accommodation and eating in the restaurant: menu incl. 1 bottle of house wine 30 Euro.

The camper place is not very good, Nevertheless". Upon arrival on Friday, there was a lot of waste on site, apparently from the market. Was cleaned up later. It is a "mixed" parking lot, with flat pitches and electricity, along a "green strip" Early in the evening noisy due to "youth". A walk through the picturesque village and along the river is definitely recommended. Supermarket in the village and Pizzeria la Duchesse "around the corner".

Previous descriptions are correct. Barrier removed, all services available, electricity, water, waste pit. Grounds are illuminated. Much is not (yet/no longer) done about green maintenance. Beautiful view on the second lower terrace. I recommend this place.

Warning: before you stand on the field next to the BBQ shed, first check whether the surface is not too boggy... When I got out, my feet sank up to my ankles in the mud! A little further on there is a large paved parking lot with a beautiful view. Maybe a bit quieter once the day-trip season has started. For those who love peace, quiet and nature, unsurpassed (in low season).

Followed the campsite signs based on the tips of previous visitors. Nevertheless, when we stood "on the square" in Castelvecchio, we thought the road seemed very narrow. It appears to be doable for a camper of 2.30 wide. Received place 11, not big, but with a beautiful view and close to the swimming pool and "sanitary facilities", so very satisfied.

Didn't stay here. The first parking lot was intended for passenger cars. Where the (former?) c.p. should have been, there were now construction works. Loosput can only be reached via an unpaved road. Suspect that this c.p. is abolished....

Although it is a 'normal' parking lot, it is ideally located for a visit to Lucca and for an overnight stay. Payment was easy with a debit card. Tip: along flats at the rear P, left and then right: baker and butcher. Recommend this place.

To visit Imperia and park your camping equipment safely: great! Places indeed very small, could only stand with the bicycle rack folded. Camper is "only 5.65" long. There are some larger places. Looks more like parking. New sanitary building. Unfortunately the materials were not chosen very "conveniently", already rust stains on the walls and urine deposits on the bottom of the toilet seat. No squeegee to clean shower. Busy with facelift. Lots of annual pitches and mosquitoes!

I agree (partially) with previous descriptions. ACSI rate applied correctly. Had a place with a view (no. 30) but needed 25 meters of cable. Walking tip: immediately cross the campsite and walk to the right. The path runs parallel to the road. After some time, an information sign showing the walking route to St-Paul-de-la-Vence is indicated via yellow markings. In les Gadettes left on rotondo and sharp to the right. Duration 1 1/2 hours

Their own site gives a price of 20 Euro including electricity. Only give a review for "communication". Called twice: no answer and chat message sent, no response. For a day visit to Aix, public free parking at the Sportive complex is an option.

The camper place itself, no more than a "parking lot". Big plus: all amenities available and free. Location also perfect for a day in Aix-en-Provence. The village itself is small but worth a visit. Empty the toilet into the pit and not near gray water. There is a water point behind the sloping sections. The larger parking lot is inaccessible, possibly too much "nuisance?" Let's be careful with such a place!

We accidentally found ourselves in the small parking lot opposite the entrance to the Office du Tourisme. With the warning of the previous "review", additional anti-burglary measures were taken. Fortunately, I had no bad experiences. Four stars because we think the town is very special with steep, narrow streets, which are often connected by stairs. Also no trace of "tourist" shops, we walked there all alone.

Very well maintained motorhome with spacious pitches, separated by beautiful shrubs. Wonderfully quiet, have not often been in such a quiet place. As written before, access through the courtyard is easier. Very friendly owners. A 9 because there are no hiking trails directly from the motorhome.

Very messy place, dingy and litter. Ok for an overnight stay, but wouldn't go there again. The municipality has done its best, plus it is certainly a "service place".

Even during the day, the right place for campers was a bit difficult to find (there were passenger cars in front of the sign. Camper spot directly behind parking passenger cars. The camper parking lot is not large. Lots of shade. Nice stay at the Auberge, now open. Hiking directly from the site. Tourist route from Autun D 229 D 275 very nice, but narrow and steep up and down (20%).

Nice grounds, with beautiful different trees. With a simple facility to empty waste water and toilet, we would definitely have stayed longer. Delicious food in the restaurant. Described walks very well, highly recommend the 24km walk to be shortened to 12km. Tip from the very friendly owner: the bakery in Dun-les-Places. I have never eaten such a delicious pain-au-chocolat et Amandes and baguette!

As described before great place "à la campagne". Lunch is an absolute must in the restaurant la Picherotte. All clients - except us - French, which is (usually) a good sign.

A quiet place in "the countryside". Pros: Lots of shade. Village not special. Circular walk indicated on information board. Not worth a detour.

Camper place "good". Quiet. A new sports hall is being realized opposite the motorhome. Bakery on the main street. At the station a "brasserie" with a small menu. Circular walk along the lake.

Given the overnight stays prohibited in the entire valley, happy with this alternative. During the day some noise from next road company. Past adjacent campsite, cycling and walking opportunities. Parking machine did not accept Dutch bank cards.

Good location, beautiful surroundings. Sanitary building new and clean. Camperplace is a very unattractive parking space. Reviews about gruff manager are correct. Asked two Gästenkarten, we had to pay 40 Euro deposit an absurd amount. Didn't receive a receipt, later found out why; manager only returned 20 Euro! eventually we got the entire deposit back, but were also summoned to leave immediately. Insist to receive a receipt.

WARNING: payment with debit card was initially not possible. Not via website either. Later it turned out that several mainly non-Italians were experiencing problems. Finally able to pay with the help of Italian ... no parking ticket received. After a 1 day payment reversed, so in fact not paid! E-mail address camper app is no longer correct. In itself beautiful place that we definitely recommend.

Without a reservation, we were allocated a good spot with plenty of shade for two nights. Price has gone up sharply in high season: not 10, 17, but 24 Euro with use of cold shower, but without electricity and use of toilet. A friendly welcome, and although it is not allowed to make a copy of your ID, we know that it is still very common in Italy. 4 stars because price information is not correct.

Well maintained, even a "library" to borrow a book. Awning could be removed, table and chairs outside. A grill for BBQ. There was hardly any noise when we were there. Walks mainly on asphalt, but very quiet. Place to stand for several days. Well far from the highway as an overnight stop.

Neat place, quiet, great alternative to stay overnight for Harlingen, no electricity. Beautiful view over the Wadden Sea over the dike, walk your dog on a leash, no problem, sheep are used to dogs ... (but the question may be, is your dog used to sheep). Current rate € 6.05. When we arrived, the official seats were taken. Yet we still got the choice of 3 unofficial spots, taking into account "our dog", wind and "match" with the temporary neighbors, which turned out to be excellent. A friendly and cozy camper place.

This place is no longer popular, we heard from others, because you now have to pay for the same facility (only parking). There are and there were more than 5 campers. Sanitary was not clean, cassette you have to empty in the toilet and get water in the shower for rinsing cassette. Satisfied. Were directly behind the cows and therefore suffered from a lot of flies and "manure smell". In the square in front of the farm you can sit in the shade and drink water. Very friendly owners.

The owner said it had never been so busy at the campsite. Price info was no longer correct: 20 Euro and 2 Euro pp Kurtax. Ask for Gästekarte yourself for entrance to Wasserwelt in Wagrain and cheaper bus ticket. We stayed there for 4 nights, with a camper, and it was a coming and going of mostly tent campers. Plumbing very simple and inadequate for so many guests.

Camper place itself quiet and neat. High rating mainly because of the fantastic area for walking. And the view of the Saale and the castle. Found it "difficult" to move on ... 25 years of camper experience but this place deserves a place in our top ten.

Description no longer correct: rate is idd 6 Euro per night, excellent price / quality ratio. All amenities for free (hot shower 0.50 cents per 3? Minutes). Terrain tip top maintained, sanitary ditto. Suitable for longer stays for those who enjoy walking and cycling. Due to the growth of shrubs, there are at most 3 places with a view. Manager friendly and helpful.

It's just a parking lot. Since July 2020 you pay 9 Euro for an overnight stay. Absurd price increase.

Great location, beautifully situated. Cycling routes indicated. In the Dorpsstraat a bakery / kondito egg, which is also open on Sundays. Stayed here twice, both times, quietly.

Price / quality not in order. While it should be a camper place, they charge camping rates: 5 euros for the camper, 2 euros per person and for the dog. And there are additional costs if you want to use the toilet block and electricity. No options for discharge and water intake, even in a closed building. Besides the open air museum and swimming pool there is nothing to experience there either.

Great, simple place, but with all facilities. Friendly owner who does not like "cat pass" and sees camping as camping without much extra luxury. For the cyclists: to Rostock along a busy road. To Warnemünde, cycling is possible via (car-free) cycle paths. Ask the owner about the route. We will definitely return if we visit this region again.

We were here August 14, 2017. Prima free, clean camperplace. No shadow. City to walk in 30 min. Bike in the area to do well.

RM & B Given an insufficient because we were obliged to stay / pay 2 nights while we were looking for a overnight place. As you can not stay in "Tirol" in Tirol you will be blocked. Sanitary very good and clean and owners are definitely friendly but have the impression that those two days demand came a little out of the very rainy sky ...
