We had a pleasant stay here for one night. Beautifully situated: where river and sea ‘collide’. It is certainly an experience, especially at low tide. The walk to the chapel at the top is also highly recommended (stone path), with a great view. The campsite is lively with permanent residents and a bar right outside (keep in mind the late dining they do here; it can go on until 10:00 PM). We were pitched under a beautiful pine tree, the sanitary facilities were clean, and the showers were wonderfully warm.

Nice spot in San Sebastian; do arrive on time, because it is indeed full after 12:00/14:00. Take bus line 5 to the old center/boulevard. Great for birdwatching too; with a bit of luck, the tawny owl will give a short evening concert. After all the pintxos, fancy something different within walking distance? Then head to Malandrino, an incredibly tasty Italian restaurant: amazing ravioli with mushrooms and truffle, delicious pasta ragú (Bolognese), and tiramisu that is not to be missed.

The camper site looked fine, but it was full. We parked in the parking lot next door. So, a night without electricity it is; that works too! It was a bit noisy regarding traffic and young people parking. We also had delicious pizzas at La Roma and visited the boulangerie in the morning for almond/raspberry/pistachio croissants.

Nice campsite for a stopover on the way south. Enjoying the birdsong with your feet in the grass. Sanitary facilities are fine, lovely warm shower. Check-in quick and easy, found a spot ourselves in the spring sun. Great.

Beautiful, green campsite. Plenty of space for smaller vans, if you have a large camper, definitely call in the morning or the day before (we were there during the May holiday) to reserve a spot. They speak good English. Levanto itself also has a beautiful beach and enough places to eat. We paid €58 per night for 2 adults, child, large spot and electricity. Nice sanitary facilities.

Nice campsite in a beautiful location. A bit pricey, but hey, you can't always choose. Volterra is really beautiful, especially check out the view at number 10 on the campsite map + also watch the sunset at the viewpoint behind the campsite. Bring your camera! Sanitary facilities were completely fine.

Nice camper place. We were there in May, enough space. € 36, - all in. Good sanitary facilities, check in / out by machine / kind of parking ticket. Tasty take-away pizzas, enough restaurants and beautiful lake (apparently the warmest in the Alps, not tried it myself).
