What a nice view for a quiet stopover. Nice little town. No services but didnt need anything anyway. Suited us fine.

Location great HOWEVER we parked and went for a bike ride. Came back 2 hours later and had been broken into. Window forced. Luckily the alarm sent them running as they didn't get inside. Still very unsettling. Drove to stay at the Biological Gardens instead (which were lovely). Should have gone straight there and given this place a wide berth. Obviously somebody watches when you leave motorhome!

Lovely little town to stop for overnight visit. Nice beach. Quiet and central location. No facilities but didnt need anything.

Good overnight space. Quiet. Laundry at supermarket about a mile away was out of order middle of Feb 2018. Other services were working there.

Lovely spot. Easy bus trip right across road into Porto centre. Goes until late at night so can enjoy a night out in town. We moved to this park after one night in Porto at the riverside camper park and getting broken into there. Luckily alarm sent them scampering so nothing taken just cracked window. Moved on after that. This place a much better choice. Should have come straight here!

Bit hard to identify as no signage other the P sign. Coming from west, go past the gated entrance for ferry customers. At next roundabout you will see parking entrance on right. It is actually the parking on the long wharf straight ahead of you. Tickets and barrier system. Pay on exit. Cost in Jan 2019 was €6.55 for 24 hour. Walk across road to lovely town. Must go to Alcazaba. Free entry.

Great spot by the dam. Stood with 4 or 5 others Jan 2019 for 2 nights. Good base for day trip up through the Alpujarra villages. Well worth the drive. Road bit twisty but still fine for motorhomes.

Great spot near to Munich. Walk 10 min to other side of stadium to catch the train. Parking closes at 7pm the night before a scheduled match, until after the game the following day. Look online for dates of matches. Take a parking card as you enter, pay machine before you exit. Cost is €15 per night payable only with cash in machine, no card option. Popular spot. About 15 motorhomes in Oct.

Yes, it's all a bit scruffy, and bathroom facilities, especially the showers, are not up to western standards, BUT it is in town, close to metro, trams and shops, has security gate, and reception staff are nice and friendly. Using ACSI card cost was £17 or 5700HUF per night. Good laundry facilities. On balance, we were happy to stay here for 3 nights while visiting lovely Budapest.

Lovely spot about 15 minute drive from Esztergom town. Good shower/toilets inside the hotel restaurant building to use. Helpful staff. Didn't use the restaurant so can't comment. Nice view. Super quiet at night when we were there. Paid 5100HUF for 1 night, 2 adults. Suited us fine. Power and services included.

Suited us just fine. About 10 motorhomes here the 2 nights we stayed, in late Oct. 10 minute walk across bridge into old town. Great to be in the centre of a city, for free, with a view. All you need! Recommend Laundromat Cafe if you need to do laundry. 10 min drive away - 33 Ruzova Dolina. Very helpful.

Good for overnight park. Close to Krems, just a few kms along road. Next to Danube. Quiet at night. Rubbish only service available, but adequate for a one night stop.

Good overnight spot right next to river. Ensure you pay at machine. Our neighbours just parked and went for short walk only, not overnight. Vigilant parking wardens gave them a €25 fine. No services working. Sign that it was Out of Order.

Like its sister site in Salzburg. Same layout, but maybe not kept quite as nice. Showers very small in size. No washing machine available. Would do well to add this. Location good for Vienna visit.

Great location. Easy tram ride into centre of Prague. Very helpful owner. Laundry available and can use the washing line on the patio. We also stored our motorhome there (for 100 CZK per day) for a few days while we did a side trip on the train to Krakow. Recommended.

The actual motorhome parking is closed off (17 Oct) but we just parked in the regular carpark about 100m further on, with one other motorhome. Rubbish bins only. Served the purpose for an overnight park. Castle 10 min walk but currently only open weekends.

Fine place to stop overnight. Easy wander into the lovely old town, about 10 mins. Quiet at night. Man at gate during day. Charge 25CHK per hour until 8pm, then its 100CHK for overnight 8pm through to 10am next day. So if you arrive 4pm, he charges 4 hours plus overnight rate, total 200CHK - which is about 8euro. Worked for us. Recommended as close to lovely town centre. No facilities.

Fine for overnight stay. Quiet at night when we were there. About one hour easy drive into centre of Prague from here.

Carpark for ski jump and stadium. Pay until 8pm, then free overnight. Or pay €2.50 for 24 hours. Train nearby, but quiet overnight. Bit of building work currently at stadium. 20 minute walk from carpark to Partnach Gorge which is well worth it. Good overnight stop in lovely town with town centre only few minutes walk away.

Not sure about the negative comments. It's 3 dedicated spots. Easy to find. Yes it's close to the road, but so are a lot of parking spots. We had plenty of room for our over 7m motorhome to back in. It's free, which is rare in Switzerland, so we were happy there for the night. Church bells didn't worry us. Services just around the corner. Thank you Giswil.

Good spot to spend the night after viewing Creux du Van. Plenty of parks. Road access up from Couvet is perfecting fine, even for large motorhomes. We were recommended to approach from Couvet side rather than from Lake Neuchatel side. Very quiet at night. No services, just surrounded by nature!

OK for a night. Noise not too bad the night we stayed, even though it is a truck stop. Go to the North parking, not South parking to find services. Few options for overnighting in Bern, so this spot was welcomed.

Great spot. Quiet at night. Busy with users of the lake during the day. Great for swimming. No electric or water services but ok for us. Toilets, but didn't use them. Switzerland could do with more spots like this as they are few and far between.

CP was full, but carpark adjacent had several motorhomes already there. Carpark is normally used by restaurant, however there had been a fire in restaurant a few weeks ago so restaurant currently closed. Seemed ok to stay in restaurant carpark with about 6 other campers for one night. Close to lake.

Good location to cycle along beautiful waterfront and into the pretty town. Go inside the Casino in town as building is lovely. Lake warm to swim in too. Park full in late August. Various sized pitches. Shade. Would recommend.

A good option for visiting Lyon. Payment machine easy enough to use - particularly if you already have Pass'Etapes card. Plenty of space and shade. We caught train into Lyon for the day. About 15min bike ride to train station at Ville Franche station. A nice spot, good enough facilities, fair price.

Good free site. Washing and dryer facilities onsite. Nice view and sunsets. Only downside was the delivery trucks for supermarket arrived about 5.30am to unload. Maybe park further away from delivery gates. Otherwise good.

Brilliant aire. Just what you need. Space, shade, quiet at night, electric, services that work well, walking distance to lovely town with great facilities, and all for €6 a night. Perfect.

Bit tight. Overnight charge €7 payable at machine. Covers up to 10am next day. Attendant came around at 10.15am to check tickets, but he was friendly. We booked kayak trip for next day from adjacent rental place and we could leave our motorhome in their carpark for the day. Plenty of space.

Was going to use as day parking today to visit Sarlat. However currently occupied by about 5 gypsy caravans and all their extras. Kept moving. Parked in public parking just before the last corner instead. Would be perfectly suitable once occupants have moved on.

Clean, tidy, spacious pitches. Ticket machine OK. Remember when card pops out you have to Validate the card IN THE SAME MACHINE, THEN insert validated card into gate opening machine and the arm will go up. Nice walk of about an hour along the waterfront to Vannes, or lovely flat bike ride. Market day Wed and Sat in Vannes. Worth going to.

One park left when we arrived late afternoon in early August. Size of parking bay is quite tight compared to others we have stated at. Nice walk 10 mins down to beach with restaurant at beach. OK for an overnight stop, but too cramped for any longer.

Tidy, just behind main street. Good service point. Rubbish disposal. Think the 3 spaces are right next to service point, but next to that is a large carpark and several motorhomes parked there overnight. Very quiet location. Nice bakery through walkway into main street.

Several motorhomes overnight on 8/7 and 9/7/18, but all just parked next to allocated motorhome parking area as this is only good for 6m long and very close together. No problem, just park next in the ample sized car park area. Very quiet. Hedges and trees. Lovely park. Good to visit historic WW1 sights nearby.

Good choice. Lovely village. €6 or €8 with electric. No waste or water but used the camping park next village on for €1 to empty waste and toilet and take on fresh water. Man comes around at 5pm, then again about 8pm and 8am to collect cash. All good here.

Not a pleasant night. Free, yes, but noise from frequent trains is the price you pay. Just a parking space. If nothing else available, then stay there, but only as last resort really.

Good site. Individual pitches, good size. Cheap at €7.50 + €2.50 for electric. Recommend the Ring Trip for day out. €15 ticket for ferry, chairlift, walk to monument on hillside, cable car down hill to Rudesheim, then ferry back. Gorgeous town to wander. Nice staff.

Best feature was handy to train into Frankfurt for the day. Bit messy, scruffy, weird electric connection to plug into - we chose not to! Water just from inside their kitchen area. All a bit rough and ready.

Couldn't find any signage, but photos matched the site, so presumed we were ok. Quiet. Couple of motorhomes there early July 2018. Easy trip in on tram to centre of the really lovely town. Trams go until about 11pm. OK for overnight stop. No facilities, just a carpark.

Handy to town centre. Well cared for toilets and showers included. Pay by card at machine next to toilets. Insert card when you arrive and 24hour ticket issued goes on window of motorhome. Insert card again when you go to leave and it will "finalise" your payment and issue receipt. If you don't re-insert card it will just charge full 24 hour rate anyway so no problem if you don't. Good choice.

Suited us just fine. About 6 campers on night of 29 May 2018. Nice spot to spend a night. Clean toilet. Cleaner came in the morning to check on toilet facilities. Large rubbish bin available.

Great spot. Opposite large shopping centre and next to fuel station. Large marked spaces. Ideal for overnight stay. Would recommend.

Nice quiet site. Open carpark BEFORE you get to marina on the right. If you keep going through and past marina you get to the other site where you pay at harbour master building. Water filling, grey waste and toilet waste can all be done next to barrier entrance to other site for no charge.
