Beautiful, large campsite surrounded by pristine nature. Great hiking opportunities. Access only via narrow, single-lane roads with few detours. One star deducted because the water in the restrooms smelled of old lead pipes and even tasted of it when brushing your teeth.

A very nice, well-maintained, affordable nature campsite. If you like peace and quiet, this is the place for you. Friendly welcome; the owner speaks some German. There's a nice restaurant (it was closed during our stay). The clean restrooms have a 1960s charm. A washing machine and everything else is available. Conclusion: Highly recommended

It used to be a great place (14 years ago). Now everything is run down. You can park on a lawn with lots of dog excrement for 50 dh (electricity + 10 dh) if you use your own camper van toilet. The sanitary facilities are a disgrace! Everything is rotten and full of rubbish. The disposal pipe for the cassette was blocked and the excrement was floating around on the ground next to it - yuck!!! Absolutely not worth supporting!

The parking space is available (contrary to what is stated on Google Maps). Every now and then a train rattles past, but otherwise it is very quiet and, above all, beautifully located on a canal.

Nice reception. We ate very well on the roof terrace. Up to 12 mobile homes can now park on the paved parking area. However, the trucks thundering by - even at night - are an acoustic challenge. Space for noise-reducing bushes at the roadside would be available.

Friendly welcome. After four intense rainy days, u. At night, the access road to the campsite had become impassable and closed. So we were effectively locked in the campsite because we couldn't leave it. The next day, a creative solution was found: In a lateral rammed earth wall, an entry and exit option was created using an excavator by tearing down part of the wall.

The place in Tamaris sucks! For the night it was just like that. In the mornings and evenings car and motorbike noise from the nearby main road, but late at night it was quiet except for the constant barking of dogs. Wednesday mornings there is market shouting with megaphones from the nearby huge weekly market. Sanitary facilities in absolutely desolate condition.!!! Dirty and completely neglected!!! Luckily we have our own toilet and sink with us.
