They are bad at keeping promises. They reminded me that we had to check out at 11am. I thought 12 hours. When I indicated that my husband would be back from cycling within 20 minutes and that we would check out immediately, that was no problem. When we arrived at check-out, they first gave us a response that this could not be promised, but they agreed to pay for 1 night. When it turned out that this was not possible in the system, we still had to pay 2 :(
