We called on December 20, 2025, to confirm before leaving, and the owner was very friendly. He hadn't anticipated any guests and opened the shower and toilet especially for us for two nights. Very clean, tidy, and very friendly. A 10-minute bike ride from Balk. Definitely recommended; we'll be back in the summer.
