We tried to cancel our reservation four days in advance. A refund? No way, just hassle about terms and conditions, etcetera. Don't reserve or pay in advance because you're stuck with it. In our case, it was force majeure due to the heatwave, making it impossible to cycle.

Great place. all facilities top. spacious pitches nicely laid out. no reception yet but someone will come by they say. Beautiful lake and ideal for cyclists, around the lake is 16 km or a day in Gorlitz

lovely campsite. everything in order, great views, and many opportunities for walking and cycling along the Elbe. the bad luck was that national park was closed due to forest fires but plenty of other things to do in the area. campsite fine, quiet, good facilities.
