Sanitary new and modern, but really not clean. It gets smeared, we found the price therefore much too high (€50,- per night). The first campsite in 4 weeks Norway where I needed my cleaning wipes for a toilet visit. Too bad, because the campsite itself and the camper pitches are beautiful.

It seems to be a parking lot, with a row of campers you stand in each other's sun. Based on the good reviews we booked 2 nights, but left after 1 night. Sanitary facilities are really old. Normally not a problem for us, as long as they are clean. Parts were dirty or broken. For the dishes we ended up in an old attic room after looking at the floor plan. It was a mess there and it didn't smell fresh. Maybe because of the low season, but not for us.

We came from a more expensive campsite with far fewer facilities. We stayed here for 4 nights with great pleasure. Nice reception and very friendly owners. Facilities are very clean. Beautiful surroundings and plenty to do (especially if you have a bike with you).

Sanitary basic but ok. Also clean as long as you don't look up. We came from a more expensive campsite with paid for 4 min shower, so this was great! Nice view on the water, but much too tight pitches. In 2 days no one seen at the reception. Ideal to go to the center from here.

Choice between landscaped camper spots or field spot (=cheaper). We found the campsite great. Stayed 4 nights on a camper spot. Beautiful view and various walks possible in the area. Sanitary facilities outdated but clean. Various facilities out of order. Showering paid and on time is really horrible. In the center there are a number of eateries and supermarkets.

It is remarkable that previous guests complain about the ferry in this way and therefore perhaps give a less good review. The campsite has no influence on this. With advance reservation we were able to take the boat to Lysebotn with a camper (in September). We stayed here for 3 nights and had a great time! Sanitary facilities are new and clean. Helpful reception and surroundings are very beautiful. Opposite the campsite a short walk to the waterfall is recommended.
