This is a lovely, peaceful, and tranquil campsite. The sanitary facilities are spotlessly clean and modern, and the owners are very friendly. The price is excellent. Highly recommended if you're planning to visit York; the bus stop is a 10-minute walk away. It's odd that the information says it's "closed today." That's incorrect.

What a lovely small-scale camper place with a lovely spontaneous hostess. Ten beautiful paved places with a piece of grass, and an animal meadow and vegetable gardens to harvest fresh. Sanitary facilities and washing up area are well arranged and super clean. It is a great base for walking and cycling. Moreover, there are no fixed arrival/departure times, very nice if you want to spend the afternoon there. We will definitely come back! Hielke and Martha van Dijk

A great and brand new camper place. The restaurant, a little further on, that belongs to it, has tasty dishes and pizzas. Don't be put off by the road that runs past it. There is hardly any nuisance at the site itself and there is hardly any traffic in the evening and at night. It is good to see where you have to drive. There is no clear sign along the road.

Beautiful and quiet campsite located directly on the lake. Friendly and helpful owner. Sanitary recently refurbished and very neat. Very quiet in the preseason. Good base for cycling and walking. In our opinion a must.

This is the kind of campsite where you will enjoy staying and coming back. Plumbing is fine and clean. Nice big spots between the greenery and a pleasant and committed friendly owner make it unfortunately the wifi was not stable during our stay.

Great quiet camper place with a new beautiful sanitary building and possibility for washing up. Payment via on / off app for electricity and overnight stay. Location is convenient for cycling and walking. Terrain is behind restaurant where you can get tasty menus. The owners are very friendly and cooperative. A wonderful place where we will come back! 😊

Recommended. Beautiful place with beautiful views over the lake. The camper area is on a dead end, so quiet. We stood alone. Plumbing is fine.
