Camping Assada

I find the comments really too negative. The location is worth at least 5 stars; you are on the beach in no time, the Medina is within walking distance, and there are plenty of nice and tasty restaurants. The sanitary facilities are indeed outdated, but we have experienced much worse in Morocco. The shower was just great (lovely hot water came out of the blue tap!!!). In short, stop complaining; after all, you chose to go to Africa.

Very shabby showers and toilets. A lot of dirt on the campsite. A poor facility for emptying chemical toilets. The town is great and is within walking distance. That could be a reason to choose this campsite again. Beach at the back.

If this campsite wants to keep up with the positive developments in the tourism sector in Morocco, it will have to invest heavily and extensively here. As of 2026, a severe failure.
