Great place but DO NOT PARKING HERE AT THE WEEKEND. We were here on a Friday evening and until 4.00 in the morning it was a coming and going of cars with very loud music, screaming and roaring engines. Not nice! Furthermore, a good, illuminated place with toilets, playground, forest, picnic area and beautiful views over the river and the city. You can stand here for 12 hours.

In our opinion one of the most beautiful campsites. Spacious in woodland terrain. Perfect combination of camping in nature, but also the convenience of sandwich service and a simple restaurant. Showering without coins. We rented a kayak and sailed around the island with several stops along the way. If possible, take a seat by the water and enjoy the phenomenal sunset. Recommended.

Small campsite next to public beach and a nice playground. Campers are here first rank, with unobstructed sea views. Ice cream for sale, toilet and showers are clean. We stood 1 night but would definitely like to stay longer. Please note the tight opening times of the reception in low season upon arrival.

Lovely spot for an evening / night. You pay at the machine and you get a code for the barrier (also necessary to drive out!), Shower and toilet. Everything was clean. Campers are in the harbor, with a direct view of the boats. When the wind blows, the masts of the boats make some noise. There is a wonderful fish restaurant, ice cream, sunset and beautiful walking. Top!

Very tight. Perhaps 6 motorhomes fit in theory, but then it is impossible for them to maneuver. On a beautiful day full of cars of passers-by.

Kwa location perfect if you want to go to the Hunderfossen park like us. Park is 10 minutes walk. Otherwise I would certainly not stand. Much noise from train and road (even in the night). Sanitary in itself fine, access with passes and credit for the shower. We have a delicious meal in Fossekroa restaurant (between Hunderfossen and camping).

This is a nice site but 80% fixed places with caravans / cabins. This lacks a cozy camping atmosphere. We stood with our camper right at the waterfall, slept through the sound! There is a beautiful natural swimming pool, but for that you have to pay a lot extra (every day). Even for hot water to wash off extra pay. Nice play areas for children and great restaurant.

We were here one night in transit. Real little hut together, no nice atmosphere, lots of old caravans and furniture. Showers not nice. Nothing to do. For an overnight stay fine but certainly no longer!

July 2018: this really was a great campsite. We arrived at the end of the day and still had a great place. Only no power available anymore. Great view over Oslo, you buy a day ticket OV at the reception and get on the bus for the campsite. Fine plumbing, clean. Camping shop, fresh sandwiches. Despite the large campsite there is a relaxed atmosphere.

Neat flat spots. Pretty close together with hedges in between. No toilet paper, no toilet seat. Noisy guests until after 23.00. Noise from traffic, industry, TGV

Great for a stopover. Certainly no particularly nice location. Good sanitary facilities. Possibility of good breakfast in adjacent hotel.

Beautiful location! On the Elbe, in the middle of historic city center.
