easily reachable, excellent location for the centre, quiet place well kept. I understand that the gate is closed at 6pm, however call for information, functional and well organised.

phone calls will give you instructions to open the gate yourself, no bathrooms, running water and easy gray water drainage, I didn't see the sewage drainage, I was the only camper among others in winter storage, you will personally manage the gate, sufficient lighting, comfortable to the center and museums, supermarket with fresh bread 400 meters away

all in all an excellent solution for visiting the archaeological excavations, close to the entrance in line with the prices of the area, good and well organized pitches, close to the center of Pompeii and not too noisy compared to the area, unfortunately the internal restaurant/pizzeria in this period doesn't work, great reception
