Beautifully situated campsite with playfully landscaped camper pitches. But it's gotten so expensive. Almost €200 for 3 nights in April 2026. For 2 people and a dog on a camper pitch. The campsite is otherwise fine but offers nothing special. There are outdated restroom facilities and a shabby playground. Too bad, we loved coming here.

Beautifully situated campsite surrounded by dunes and beautiful nature. Close to Den Hoorn and about a 3 km walk to the beach through the dunes. We stayed at camper site Grutto 4. A lovely, spacious, quiet, and sunny spot. There's a swimming pool and a cafeteria/restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised.

The campsite is situated in a beautiful area near Callantsoog and the beach. We were on the new Abbestede field. Highly recommended. Spacious pitch surrounded by beautifully landscaped greenery with lots of flowers. We found the other pitches a bit dated. The sanitary facilities were neat and clean. The staff was very friendly. The food in the restaurant was delicious.

Location is great as well as the adjacent Bistro where you can eat really delicious But that's about it. Lady at reception unfriendly. can't have a good trip or something from You are standing on sand, small place, overcrowded and noisy. Children on scooters chase across the campsite. Sanitary building is new and looks slick. Only after laboriously pushing the buttons that are stuck, a small jet of water comes out. We will not come back here

Beautifully located campsite with very spacious pitches. Very beautifully landscaped, quiet and green. Nice and clean sanitary facilities. And a nice swimming pool. Staff is friendly and helpful. A short distance from Norg and in the middle of the woods. Recommended!

Perfect as a transit campsite! Easily accessible from the highway and very spacious places where you can easily drive away again Price is steep.

Very nice, clean and quiet campsite. Very well maintained with beautiful, partly paved camper spots. This are well sheltered. The campsite is right by the sea. We were there for a few days and had a great time. Nice cycling and walking through the dunes. Beach pavilion Paal6 is nearby

Perfect campsite for an overnight stay during your holiday. Very hospitable reception, nice spacious pitches, easily accessible from the highway. Sanitary dated but spotlessly clean. Delicious food in the restaurant!

Nice campsite for a few days. Beautiful spacious pitches, nice and relaxed and a very nice farmer's wife! New sanitary facilities and tasty sandwiches in the morning. At 4 km from Giethoorn and beautiful (running) walking and cycling in the area. Fine butcher 200 meters away who also has delicious meals. And an ice cream parlor. So what more could one want.

Very nice campsite. Reception is very friendly. Sanitary very neat and clean. And wonderfully quiet at the campsite! Even in the middle of high season. The location is great, you can walk to the beach within 10 minutes. 2 nice beach pavilions nearby where you can eat well. Cycling and walking along the beach and through the dunes. Especially towards Den Helder it is wonderful to walk/cycle through beautiful nature reserves. Recommended
