A beautiful location right by the lake, but the campsite itself isn't as good. Having to carry toilet paper to room 100 every time brings back memories from 40 years ago. It's primarily a youth campsite, very busy. I paid 30 euros per night for the campervan, two adults, one child, and two dogs. Make sure you separate your waste properly, otherwise you'll get a comment from the owner. Which is understandable, as some people dump all their trash in one bag.

For us, this is a top-notch campsite: surrounded by nature with spacious pitches, two swimming pools, a restaurant, and very clean restrooms. We're not fans of mega-campsites that are often overcrowded and packed with Dutch visitors. It's a wonderfully peaceful stay here. The owners are also very friendly. Enjoy life!

There's absolutely no response to emails or phone calls. The photos make it look beautiful, but in reality, it's a very shabby place. We immediately drove away with the campervan, tires screeching.

Nice campsite, quite expensive; we paid €120 for 2 nights. Nice pool too. It's a shame there's no Wi-Fi at all: under the guise of "then you can spend more time with your family and children." I could easily ask for a few more like that.

I thought it looked incredibly poor and bleak. We got back in and drove on.

It's a beautiful campsite and therefore quite expensive. I paid €210 for 3 nights with 2 adults, 1 child, and 2 dogs. I chose this campsite because of the pool, but when we finally arrived at the pool, we were stunned to find a paddling pool filled only with children. We turned back, and I regretted booking so long. So, it's only fun if you have small children.

Well, dogs are not welcome here and they are part of our family, so no family visits for us here.

As is happening in many places, the big boys are taking over, and everything is becoming very commercialized. Prices at the campsite are comparable to those you'd rather pay in a hotel. Well, demand, supply.

Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed, a no-go for us because they are part of our family.

It's ridiculous that you can't take your dog with you, it's simply part of the family so "family camping" doesn't apply.

Unfriendly camper place, for ten euros a day just go to the campsite, much nicer.

Beautiful place! Unfortunately the payment column was broken, called the number on a poster. Someone would come by later to collect money. Clean large toilets. Unfortunately the shower room was dirty and the water lukewarm. Could not be closed so you had to shower behind a curtain. Everything available: washing facilities, waste containers, grey water drain and chemical toilet. Beautiful location!

Nice campsite, we were on a comfort spot and had enough space with the camper. But... to apparently be able to fill the campsite, opposite the comfort spots are the normal spots where people can stand with a camper or caravan and the awnings are rolled out so that you can hardly get out with the camper. You literally can't turn your butt anymore. Very stressful. Toilets are very neat. View incredibly beautiful.

very nice Camper place, very unclear where you have to register. I registered via the column next to the wooden shed but this only went well the 3rd time. I did not get a wifi code that my "neighbor" did get who had registered in the main building of Wank a little further. I also did not get a tourist card but according to the employee in the main building (who clearly did not feel like it) I could pick it up the next day.

very neat campsite next to the Moselle, you can't see the Moselle from the campsite and you have to walk there yourself. For 40 euros per night (2 adults and 1 child) incl. electricity. The WIFI is not free. The showers are not either, pay separately. No discount with ACSI or other cards. There is a bistro where you can eat and have breakfast. We were able to get a spot with great difficulty, unbelievable how busy it was on 1-11-2024.

I was supposed to stay here for a few days but unfortunately I found it an unsociable campsite. We decided to camp somewhere else.

Super friendly welcome by Dutch speaking lady. The campsite is absolutely recommended, very neat and within walking distance of the city of Clervaux. With free public transport to Luxembourg city, then do NOT use Google maps because Luxembourg has its own system.

Warmly welcomed by Dutch-speaking lady. Sanitary facilities are clean but dated. Showering costs EUR 1.50 for 5 minutes. No WIFI. All in all we paid EUR 42 in October 2024 for 1 night and 2 people with child, very expensive for what is offered. Nice on the way but would not want to stay there more than 1 night, not a very cozy campsite.

NO LONGER OPEN!!!! to get there you have to go through Monschau center through very narrow streets, scary. when I was in front of the camping site everything was closed and I couldn't turn around. had to drive a long way in reverse with the camper to still be able to turn around very difficultly. drove to a nearby camping site. So ABSOLUTELY not recommended!

Very friendly welcome by Dutch speaking owner. Bread service. Sanitary facilities are clean and shower works with Sepa card that can be used for a deposit of 10 euros (unlimited showers). Showers are nice and warm for the men, lukewarm for the women. We were with the camper, unfortunately in a number of places low hanging branches that scraped over the roof of my camper, very annoying. With the camper it is very difficult to tap water, tight.

neat campsite with nice paved camper pitches. friendly reception! But…. paying for hot water for washing dishes/shower (small trickle of water) and WIFI is outdated and makes it far too expensive. I don't think it's worth the money. Handy chip shop at the entrance if you don't feel like cooking.

Very good camping, recommended for several days. Everything very neatly maintained and spacious places. Bischofsheim is within walking distance and has several restaurants that are always full, so reservations are recommended.

Small-scale campsite that doesn't feel very cosy. We had the cosiest spot at the beginning of the campsite, with a special fence for our dogs. It's all gravel and no grass. Nice owners, you can order pizzas in the evening and coffee and cake after 3pm. There's a small station for the steam train 1 km away. We let it steam off for a while, because we thought the price was gigantic. Braunlage is very nice.

very nice camping, but I did not like the surroundings: looks like East Germany. Cozy restaurant and nice owner.

We actually wanted to take the camper to the campsite at the Walchensee, we thought it would be nicer there, but it was completely full (we could not book in advance). On to the Kochelsee. Friendly welcome by the owner, an older man. Everything is very neat and very clean. Fill free water, drain dirty water and chemical toilet. Highly recommended to stay here longer!
