We were also at this campsite in June 2023, and the site itself has remained the same. A great campsite for those traveling through. We had set our sights on staying five days and eating out at the restaurant every day. The owner told us that the previous owner's hygiene code hadn't passed muster, and a new one had been found in this Italian chef. Unfortunately, he can't cook schnitzel, but his so-called Pinsa (a type of pizza) tasted fine.

There are campervan sites that rely solely on their amenities, and others that only offer electricity, but where you can simply enjoy yourself. Tolkamer is no exception. It only has electricity and a trash can, but it's a great base for a bike ride or perhaps even the Pieterpad (Braamt-Millingen aan de Rijn). Plenty to see if you enjoy water transport. We had a wonderful time there with our campervan. See you next time!

Great campsite along the Rhine and near Marksburg Castle. We stayed for two nights and weren't in the front row. It certainly wasn't necessary, as we were in the back and could see the boats on the Rhine. The bathroom facilities are excellent, and the shower was wonderful. The castle is a short 1,200-meter walk from the campsite, but easily doable on foot. Definitely worth a visit. All in all, a lovely stay for €30.00 per night [in September].

What an idyllically situated campervan site! A lovely spot with 10 beautiful, spacious pitches in a natural landscape. We absolutely loved it, and our dog found the water feature very inviting. The bathroom facilities may be a bit limited, but there are showers and toilets. The water was fantastic, by the way! Even the dishwater was absolutely hot! This one will be on our list for our next visit.

For campers it is a great camping opportunity if you want to stay on a campsite. We stayed there for 3 nights and you can hear the nearby TT circuit from a distance, where they also race outside the annual event. The facilities are indeed a bit outdated, but they are perfectly usable. The center of Assen is within cycling distance. We enjoyed another weekend!

All reviews say enough, so we can fully agree. Just a great place with a partly agricultural enterprise. What a great camping and camper place. Deventer 10 km by bike. great!

GREAT CP! Everything you need is there. In addition, supermarkets at such a short distance, never experienced before. Beautiful marina with super clean sanitary facilities. Definitely on our list of: 'we will come back'.

Great place to stay. All amenities are available, and it is even possible to cook outside your camper-caravan. Dutch-speaking Belgian lady at reception. It was a pity that Bistro Bla Bla was not yet active, otherwise we would have used it. The pitches are spacious, both paved and on grass. It was a wonderful stay at this campsite.

For a campsite, half of it is without electricity and almost no place is flat. Logical because it is on a hill. If you need electricity, you must book in advance! Because electricity is not necessary for us, we were able to stay there. Restaurant Mathai is definitely recommended! Both in the restaurant, but also for takeaway. Really tasty food! Metro Bredäng is a 7-minute walk away and line 13 to the center of Stockholm without transfer.

What an amazing place. If 6 stars were possible, he would definitely have gotten it. Everything has really been thought of or present here. 280 Krona in envelope and done! Lawn is great with clear indication of the pitches. WC, (double) shower/bathroom ******! washing machine, microwave, excellent washing up area outside. There were even self-service products in one room. It was neat and wonderfully quiet!

It's a shame that there are actually only 6 camper pitches, because it is a fairly quiet place to spend the night. There are indeed 6 electrical connections in the parking lot, but luckily we got by just fine without them. We were there last night with 14 campers and you could see that there was sufficient demand, because we also saw people traveling through there again, while the parking lot was large enough to accommodate at least 20 campers overnight.

Okay, you have to be prepared to spend the night without facilities (and we can do that), but what a fantastic restaurant! great Rahm schnitzel with mushrooms. And for an amount that is nice too. There were 14 campers for an overnight stay at this Horster mill. If everyone thinks along, there could really be more than 20, provided that 'normal' customers park their cars properly.

This camper place has everything you need! Extremely friendly welcome on arrival! Look lovely next to the Elstar blossom. Very separate toilet/shower building behind the restaurant, special because the floor is very special. We will definitely come back.

Value for money is such a saying that fits here. The A27 is clearly visible at a short distance, but it is barely audible inside the camper. Because a shower had broken out upon arrival, we were allowed to park on the paved area next to it. great place and dry shoes when boarding. Furthermore, a very friendly welcome upon arrival. In any case, a big plus location for us!

This campsite/cp is absolutely recommended! outer ring for the campers and inner field combined. Wonderful amenities! Shower, toilet fine and clean!!! Special paths have been made in the grass for the camper to be able to stand on paved surfaces. The field had paved areas with an artificial grass field in front of the awning.
Sitecode: 63645
great campsite! The complex is complete and certainly meets our needs. As Pieterpad runners it was perfect, because the route literally runs past the entrance to the campsite. We will definitely come again for the southern route from Rolde.

We have visited this campsite before for a stopover, but also for a longer stay. It really is one of our favorites for the return trip. Wonderful stay and surroundings. Fine indoor plumbing and outdoor shower!!! The Dutch-speaking owner also sells a nice number of their own wines. In addition, restaurant Feldbahn is truly a feast for the taste buds. Italian and Indian cuisine is great.

For a CP without facilities it was fine for 1 night. The company located on the opposite side starts early, which is a bit less for late risers, only our dog thought it was enough with all that noise around her. So we left early, just like others. Parking fee paid at parking meter.

Not unknown to us, because we came there before with the caravan. Now with the camper and still appears to be a great campsite for an overnight stay. The price is a bit on the high side considering what you get. Sanitary is fine and the owner allowed us to use the family shower ;-). Fine for a transit campsite and hop on the 8 at the parking lot towards Salzburg.

If you want to visit Vienna, this is an excellent place to stay on the CP. The compartments are not big, but sufficient. The sanitary facilities are present, but not of high quality. The facilities for the camper are. Several places for waste water and chemical toilet to be discharged. With the U-bahn about 150 meters away, take the U6 transfer stop Längenfeldgasse U2 and you will be in the heart of Vienna fairly quickly. Buy a day ticket for 5.80 (25 hours)

It is what you are looking for a camper place for. Okay there are (fortunately) no busy activities around a plaza or swimming pool. If you are looking for peace and space and are actually 'on tour' with your camper, then you want to enjoy a beautiful place. You can certainly find it here. The sea water is accessible and certainly has a good temperature at this time of year. We are satisfied with this campsite where almost only campers are located. Sanitation is also good.

2 years ago stood on the camping part and now 2 nights on the Camperplaats. Perfect place! Nice place to take a walk behind the campsite in the Luxembourg Ardennes. You can take a shower at the campsite and the Auberge restaurant is good!
Sitecode: 13898
Quiet CP, with excellent pitches. The signs provide clarity about the total place to stay. Sanitary facilities were good, but limited in the number of campers present, although most have their own facilities. Just a nice location and CP!
Sitecode: 23643
Great CP! Beautiful orchard with great places! Perfect toilet / shower room. We thoroughly enjoyed it.
Sitecode: 94432
Nice small-scale campsite, where you stand on grass, but on sandy soil. Were very kindly received by the owner. Accompanying store has idd meat from its own stable and other regional products. sanitary (building) is very neat and fine. finally just a shower room equipped for m & v instead of separately. Definitely a plus for us. Within 10 minutes you are standing through the woods on the sand of the Loonse and Drunense Duinen.
Sitecode: 101091
Delicious CP, highly recommended! You pay a little more, but you also get what you pay for. Grass with paved driving paths to place the motorhome on. Plenty of space around your motorhome. Shower and toilet are in my opinion the best in the nearby Boei 35. The door can be opened to the first floor with an access code. tip: Had a fantastic meal at 'Ons Gheluk' on the Vismarkt in Heusden. 10 min walk from the CP.
Sitecode: 82963
Small-scale with 4 paved places with electricity. Excellent location for a quiet stay in the Heinsch pension stable. Surrounded by the horses. Registration room-shower & toilet facilities in the nearby room was perfect. For dog lovers there is a dog beach about 10 km by bike where people and animals can enjoy the water. (Flevopolder N301 -N704 Erkermederweg)

This is not really a motorhome, but more camping suitable for motorhomes, yet we had a wonderful weekend. look, the facilities such as toilet, shower are perhaps not the most beautiful, but it did for us. Chemical toilet room is actually a toilet with a fixed tap, which was not really useful for flushing the cassette. Verde is a very nice spot near the ferry from Megen to Appeltern.
Sitecode: 48089
Unfortunately the company was closed at least there was no one there other than 2 employees. The location is great! we were fine and had no trouble or inconvenience from anyone. Definitely a great place to stay after a narrow route!
Sitecode: 72661
Very beautiful campsite. nothing too little written about it. Tranquility is the credo and it radiates that. We paid £31/~€36.30, but then you also get value for money. Everything can be summed up in one word: GREAT.
Sitecode: 102081
It is a bit crooked in most places. You can still stand there, although we heard that the owner of the parking lot is considering stopping. I also encountered quite a bit of left behind waste and then it is quickly put in the shoes of the camper. Nice walking area near this place.
Sitecode: 101616
nice place, only here a sign 'no overnight parking'. Got the feeling that not everyone adhered to that, however you don't know with the active parking attendants. Good for getting rid of waste.
Sitecode: 14989
there was now a sign: No overnight parking. However, when entering from the mountain side, there is a parking space suitable for about 6 campers, where there was no sign. This is 15 meters before the place name sign. In the parking lot there is a reference to De Pier for the chemical toilet on a waste container. You can empty it there and there is a possibility for a contribution.
Sitecode: 21864
You have to discuss through the private site and then you can drive onto the property. we were taken care of by a very nice owner. The system indicated that we could only stay 1 night, in the end it turned out that we could stay for 2 nights. everything is there. Cost is now £20 for pitch and £5 electricity
Sitecode: 71155
The road is a dead end, only the locals come there to walk their dog. There are actually only 2 places at the end, where when we arrived a camper and a normal passenger car were standing. So we just placed it along the roadway. The environment compensates a lot! Nice view of the rocks.
Sitecode: 78763
It really is a 5 star worthy stopping point. Recommended if you don't want to spend the night in a parking lot. The complex is exceptionally well maintained and meticulously maintained. We took the price for granted. Washing machines £5 (short 30°/40°)/£6 (long 40°/60°) and dryers available.
Sitecode: 57468
A small CP, with a very nice pub. Well worth the visit. which is one of the first options after the crossing. We know! This one is on the list.
Sitecode: 78580
We were looking for a place along the North Sea and ended up here. we did not find it to be recommended, because it is located between a petrochemical industry, prison and a power plant. In addition, a lot of left behind dirt from MC Donald or KFC. No, despite free place skipped this one
Sitecode: 86488
great campsite, only the price is considerably more. we paid £28 excluding electricity. £3 more with electricity.
