We were here on February 23, 2026. The campsite was closed, presumably due to storm damage. It's best to call ahead and check before you arrive.

The price was raised to €15 per 24 hours. Upon our arrival, there was no electricity, water, or waste disposal. There wasn't a trash can anywhere in sight. Very disappointing!

It's true that at 25 euros plus tourist tax, the site is certainly not very cheap. But it also offers a lot in return. New, very clean sanitary facilities, washing machine and dryer included. Good and inexpensive restaurant right on site with breakfast service. The bus stop and train station are just a few minutes' walk away. And you're right on the Danube with access to the beach-like shore. We'd love to come back!

We came across this beautiful and spacious campsite by chance. We were greeted by very friendly and helpful hosts. The sanitary facilities are new and very clean. It was also nice that the area is not completely fenced in and you can start your hikes or bike rides in any direction. We felt completely at home and would love to come back.
