The pitch is well located and relatively quiet. At €27.00, you'd expect warm water to come out of the shower (one per gender). However, there isn't. Neither the faucet nor the shower produces any water when turned to "warm." Taking a cold shower is completely unacceptable at this time of year. This should be changed as soon as possible, or the description needs to be updated.

5 pitches in a parking area for motorhomes and boats. Gravel area, neat and clean. Driving in via phone registration is easy. The immediate information via WhatsApp is great. Grosseto is easy to reach on foot. Thanks for the opportunity to park quietly and safely.

We stayed there for one night and were satisfied. The toilet and shower (for a fee) were clean. Access is via a narrow road for about 700 meters. Drive up to the gate, then it opens. €20.00 per night (October 2nd)

The campsites are right next to a very busy road, which is extremely noisy (even at night). Relaxation is different. The beach is across the road. Wi-Fi is unavailable. Other facilities are unfortunately already closed due to the end of the season. The washroom is outdated and not particularly well-maintained. We wouldn't visit this site again.
