For years a nice place, now without notice as of 06/03/25 the price per day has been increased 100% (!). No more washing machine and decay of the sanitary facilities. We have left and will return when the conditions have also improved 100%. New management is clearly not an improvement!

Chevanceaux is a nice town, the campsite is nicely situated; the facilities are minimal, no WiFi, few flat areas. The showers are warm, but the rest of the plumbing is primitive. When we were there we unfortunately found it a mess with old caravans and running washing machines on the grass. The price of €. 12.60 per night including electricity is therefore sufficiently paid.

Through mail contact in English agreed that we would come on February 13, even received an answer in Dutch. On arrival we waited 15 minutes for someone to come to speak to us. An uninterested lady came and said she only speaks Spanish and not a word of English! We couldn't do anything with it at all, not even an apology from the receptionist! Pack your bags and leave……never go back to that campsite!!

A wonderfully beautiful campsite with spacious gravelled pitches in a rural setting. Walking on and off site possible. Very attentive and helpful owner, helps set up the pitch. Toilet use possible after payment, with key €. 1.00 per day p/p. Nice clean sanitary facilities, showers and washing facilities. Attention: drive via N2 and not via Loulé with narrow roads! Highly recommended campsite!!

We were there March 11. A neglected campsite; train (with signal), motorway nearby, but the worst was a continuously running diesel generator on site! Showers with curtains: undressing, showering, drying and dressing in public space !! Warm water after 5 minutes. And also more expensive than the specified price, we paid € 16.50, WiFi only in restaurant. We will never come here again !!

We were here in early February. Definitely a great campsite, wonderful showers and clean and spacious sanitary rooms! Albufeira is within walking distance via a great walking / cycling path. Daily rate for motorhome with 2 people and electricity was € .14.20; and is definitely worth it! Too bad: washing and drying € .10.00, and the only 4 washing machines and 2 dryers are high on the hill; too little for such a large campsite.

We have been here 3 weeks December / January 2019/20. Good camping; indeed little maintenance on the camper pitches. The price quoted is incorrect because we paid € for the camper and 2 people. 17.50 per day and with a longer stay than 7 days no discount on the pitch. However, no more tourist tax is charged after 7 days.

We came here today December 18 and notice that the pitch for motorhome and 2 people no longer €. 9.00 per night is only €. 13.00! Old prizes were said; furthermore a great campsite with a view of the sea in a number of places. Beautiful walks can be made along the rugged and rugged coast! Sanitary well maintained.

Cozy campsite, we were here 11/18/2019 and paid for a camper, 2 people and electricity €. 10.50 for one night. Friendly and very helpful owner! Simple but complete and clean sanitary. In Chávez is a large Le Clercq supermarket 4 km from the campsite. A babbling brook runs through the campsite. Main road through the campsite is indeed quite narrow for a large camper.

We have been here for over a week around 01-12-2019. This is a particularly pleasant site with all necessary amenities and clean sanitary facilities; friendly welcome with english speaking staff. You can make beautiful walks to the rugged coast and visit dinosaur footprints. Supermarket 700 meters, furthermore good public transport options. Existing photos do not match this location.

We were here from 24 November and stayed for a week. Great campsite, clean sanitary hot showers, good facilities, but no toilet paper. Ideal paved places and the village and beach within walking distance. Friendly and helpful guidance. Two small supermarkets, bakers gas sales at 200 meters. Need to purchase a Portuguese pressure reducing valve; unfortunately no Europe one with that!

This campsite has a beautiful location with an overview of rolling fields. We were here in June for 2 days. Thurston is the nearest village with a great supermarket and nice pubs. Halfway through the village is a country store where you can buy fresh fruit and vegetables at a reasonable price. The sanitary facilities at the campsite are clean and modern. The owner is very welcoming and the GBP 20.00 price is great!

Great campsite behind the pub in the heart of the village. Nice location and tight lawn behind the pub with paved and unpaved places. The owner is very friendly, hospitable and helpful. The plumbing is super clean and complete. The area is rural and peaceful. We would like to come back here again and then a few days longer. Plenty of walking routes!

A quiet campsite indeed. We were there in June 2019 and paid GBP 28 per night. Quite a lot for what was offered !! Cold showers, also faulty hot water taps on the sinks and not all flat places. And that for 56 GBP (2 nights). It was a necessity but we will not come here again soon!

A great campsite, we were here on 24 May at the start of Bank Holiday. There is no place to be found anywhere else, but this manager has done his utmost to help us find a great place! Indeed, dish reception is a problem. We had no reception for 4 days. Furthermore, all the praise for this campsite! We paid BPD 24.00 a day; reasonable at the price, but we were helped!

Indeed, very pricey for what is offered! What is not mentioned at the facilities is a laundry. We were here in May and were approached on our cable extension cassette by an extremely important employee who, according to the regulations, pointed out the dangers of this, personally removed the cassette and casually said to use such a cassette himself abroad!

We have been here 3 days from 31 May 2019. A great place to stay; shame there is no shower. Furthermore, all amenities and the view very nice. The owners (an older couple) are very hospitable. Glastonbury at 6 km is a nice city to visit, especially the Abbey is a must! Beware, parking can cost GBP 35 if you are in the wrong place !!

A great municipal site with lots of space and good facilities. The caretaker Sandie is very welcoming and helpful; she knows everything about the special places in the area. In the adjacent nature reserve with many salt marshes behind the dunes it is wonderful to walk. The sanitary facilities at the campsite are simple but clean. We were there in May and paid €. 11.00 p.night all in.

A great campsite to be for a while. Wonderfully heated shower room, but bring your own toilet paper. The new owners are friendly, helpful and hospitable. We cycled wonderfully. Cozy shops in Blangy-sur-Bresle and only 1 km from the campsite. We have been here for a week in April and will definitely be back!

The location of this motorhome is perfect to visit The Hague! We have been there during the weekend from 9 to 11 March. A great place to stay, because all amenities are present, even bread service and camper parts! The manager is really helpful with everything! It is a pity and short-sighted that the Municipality of The Hague does not see the importance of the motorhome parking for the city.

A campsite to come back again and again and enjoy peace and quiet! The managers are very helpful and do everything to make their guests feel. Bread service, storage for e-bikes with charging point and much more and all for the price of € 13.30! Even throughout the year, because the toilet block is not only clean but also delicious verwarmd.Super
