Great campsite. Large, but divided into grass/paved/river/sun/shade so that the site remains intimate. Nice path to idyllic village (pub, grocer, steam train into Snowdonia) many walks possible from the campsite. Ten minutes' drive to the start of the path to Snowdon. Dogfriendly. Excellent sanitary facilities. Bad WiFi, but that is also nice and quiet. Also other beautiful campsites on the other side of the village.

beautifully situated campsite with many hiking opportunities, but BEWARE: this entrepreneur combines the sale of peace and quiet with that of celebration. This weekend there was a big wedding at the campsite with live music and noise well into the night, while the 'camp rest' as the owner describes it starts at 11 p.m.… so: check whether a party is also planned during your booking . There are plenty of campsites in this region.

for dog owners, this campsite is a crime. a field of 50 by 50 meters is fenced off plus a factory sliding gate, as if you had a wolf with you. There are good sanitary facilities in there, but the other parts of the campsite (including the lake) are prohibited areas. cozy is different. 40 euros per night.
