Quiet campsite with varied layout and basic sanitary facilities but sufficient. You can eat deliciously in the restaurant with bowling alleys but they do not cause any nuisance. There is ambient noise from agriculture and the main road, but not overwhelmingly disturbing we found in our California pop-up roof. Still a beautiful area for cycling and 12 km into the woods towards Ems-Lingen, a town with 45k inhabitants and a nice historic centre.

very friendly and helpful people, sandwiches and other food to order, own terrace and ice cream and e-choppers rented and horse tram or covered wagon is also possible and fantastic surroundings for a bike ride in Drents Friese Wold. places also spacious and with our VW California on a camping spot between the caravans and other bus campers on a spacious field. everything great!

very enthusiastic welcome by Mark and Miranda who are helpful during your stay. neat sanitary facilities and beautiful surroundings for cycling and going on the water. we have rented their brand new electric sloop for a trip that you sometimes think you are the only one in the Wieden, but also along the bridges.
