In reality, it's not much more than a gravel plain with more campers than the 10 listed in the description. That means a bit of searching for a power hookup. Showers and toilets are fine. We found the traffic noise to be very bearable. Perhaps it depends on the wind direction. Tartu turns out to be a very nice city. Ask at the tourist office about the city walk.

Convenient for reaching the center on foot, there is a nearby bus stop, just enough loading/unloading, bar on site, petrol station nearby

Ideal CP to walk into the European cultural city of 2024. A lot of noise. but the location is good. WiFi connection not optimal. we paid 25 euros including electricity
