very welcoming, staff friendly and always helpful. very close to beach and the Omaha Museum (they even let our Cocker in museum!) The cold water is next to chemical toilet, but there is another tap nearby. Fresh bread every day. stayed 4 nights instead of just overnight. pitch spacious enough. Wi-Fi a bit slow and had to keep logging on every time I open it, but it works ok.
