Flower Camping Le Platin Redoute

Great campsite and well-maintained sanitary facilities. Many new mobile homes have been placed there now. Enjoyed cycling around the island.

The pitches are OK, the sanitary facilities are OK. There was no more space on the island, so we ended up here. I would like to know why they haven't invested in modernizing the sanitary facilities. But then again, different countries, different customs.

Stayed at this campsite for 4 nights, on arrival we had to get used to it, the place did not seem nice (because next to table tennis tables), but everything was not too bad while the campsite was full. You are next to the beach, supermarket and fantastic bakery within walking distance. It is a real French campsite, they still have some squat toilets, no toilet paper, but the shower was warm and for washing up too.
