A great campsite and a very nice option for a stopover from the Netherlands to Scandinavia. Lovely beach along the Elbe, incredibly friendly atmosphere, and a welcoming reception. The sanitary facilities are new and have more than enough capacity. A bonus is the many birds: song thrushes show off their skills and the visit from the starlings provided a beautiful concert! Nature in the surrounding area is said to be rich, including sea eagles here.
