Campingpark Haus am See

I agree with the previous writers, it's best to book in advance, especially during peak season. The water supply at the reserve sites is poor. Everything is very messy. I had a pleasant stay at the reserve site.

The upper part of the campsite consists of many permanent pitches, the lower part at the lake is for campers/tents. We were right at the lake, a very nice place. Sanitary facilities are sufficient and clean. There is a lawn with playground that can also be used for day tourists. Restaurant and terrace offer a simple menu. Campers with dogs can stand at the edge of the forest. We paid 28 euros per night for 2 people and electricity.

At Pentecost we couldn't go to the main area, but we could go to a large sloping grass area across the street. We stood on the edge with a nice view. There is another field with a toilet block with few toilets and showers. Possibility to wash dishes. Reception at reception neat but businesslike. You can order sandwiches for the next day. Restaurant by the lake.
