Mixed parking area with barrier entry operational on our Sunday visit, €4.50 all day unsure about overnight rules? 20 minutes free so we drove out to the other parking in town which is free each day and very quiet (next to children’s play area). 4 motorhomes parked in the bus/coach bays on our visit other parking spaces small and very full. Castle entrance up the road.

Lovely view of the castle but ending up being a cruising carpark for you people who were very loud & messing about. We ended up leaving.

great place to stay - between 18 and 8 hours the barrier is open - then buy a ticket for 4.50 - center 700 meters.
