If you are looking for place and quiet with walking and cycling (road and off road) in stunning surroundings this place has it all. The facilities are clean and heated in winter. The restaurant has excellent local food at great value. staff are friendly and helpful.

March 2023 May 2021 Very strange to see around 50% of the pitches occupied with long term touring caravans but with absolutely no people. Maybe weekenders or because of the current travel restrictions. Spotless toilets and cheap onsite restaurant. Plenty of dog walking possibilities both in and outside of the site. Reception currently closes at 3pm so if you arrive after that, I would just find a pitch and go to reception in the morning. Ease of access 8/10.
lees meerJuly 2020 A pleasant campsite in a lovely mountainous location. Nice walks nearby and small village of Maria about 5km away. Receptionist was not very helpful and quite inefficient. No mobile coverage and lots of flies!
