Friendly staff, Camper delivered for winter storage with what turned out to be a broken on-board battery. After a lot of talking back and forth, it would still be replaced for free. But with APK inspection still settled in the invoice, unpleasant experience.
Friendly staff and friendly reception. We have received excellent assistance so far and all our comments and comments about the camper have been very neatly resolved. We rely on a pleasant cooperation and good service to our first purchased motorhome. With 2 short trips behind us and telephone support for questions, this has been very pleasant.
