Bought a Chausson Twist 06 bus camper in June 2020 and received a good price for our Pössl for 6. Everything went smoothly. We received a very good explanation when picking up the camper, but that is so much information that sometimes something is forgotten, one phone call and you will be informed. On a short trip a problem arose, Bouwknecht called and reported this, it was Friday afternoon but I was able to come by to fix the problem, it was resolved without costs. If you buy a used camper, there are always things, if you don't want that you have to buy new ones, but they are not always without those things. Without hesitation I would buy a used camper from Bouwknecht again.

We bought a Possl bus camper from 2010 in April 2019, I had a very good feeling with the owner Not even negotiated about the price at all, having a towbar put on it, having the rear painted because it was not neat, price agreed, I agreed, nothing further negotiated But then there are some small problems, at the side door the screen fell down with closing (so it was not firmly fixed) that was our fault, a window that does not close anymore, that was my wife's fault with cleaning the first day, because the camper was just dirty. The awning turned up a bit difficult, no experience with it, I thought this was how it should be, but the fourth time I want to turn it in, it rattled and did nothing more, at the campsite someone who knows about it helped him push in. The owner said, you screwed it in too tightly, bizarre remark be the company that has installed a new part, that just happens after so much time, he said. No, I am deeply disappointed in Bouwknecht. Are there problems do not complain but contact, when he explained to the camper I asked what about the timing belt? It had been renewed, he said, not at all where it should be next April, has been in it for 4 years. Very unfortunate had a good feeling with the owner, but am very disappointed in him. 3 months ago bought a beautiful 2013 Camper Burstner Nexio and had a good trade-in price for our LMC. We are very happy with it! A wonderful holiday. Right headlight appeared with condensation after rain shower. Called, explained, photos sent. The proposal was to order and replace a new headlight unit. Last Saturday it was replaced by Bouknecht. Perfect service. TOP. Good business.
