Know the business from the purchasing side. With the words "a Frisian keeps his word" agreements were made that were not fulfilled. When I indicated that I no longer wanted to sell the camper to Kruisinga at all, all sorts of devious (detours) were taken to get the price of the camper down and then to buy it via via. No, I would never do business with Kruisinga!

Honesty, reliability and flexibility are keywords for this company. Even in difficult times (having had a broken ankle in Norway) they called every day about how things were going! real toppers. And price, quality cannot be beat.
lees meerAt Kruisinga they know what service is. They have been helping us for almost 20 years, although we have never bought a camper there. If only Kruizinga had bought the Fleurette we would have bought there and at least we would have received real service.

Bought a used camper from Kruisinga about ten years ago. Everything arranged down to the last detail and all agreements have been fulfilled. My own camper has also been sold by them. Verbal agreements have all been fulfilled. Should I buy another camper or sell the current one, this is the first company I will contact, because of my confidence in this family business.
