We have been coming to Stijkel Campers for years; first to rent and now to purchase our brand new camper. As always, we feel very welcome and are well guided through the purchase process. Remaining points on the new camper are solved without problems. Service is sublime!
Because of an advertisement on the internet of a Carthago, we traveled to Harderwijk, also because the dealer was named best dealer for the 5th time. The advertisement did not say that it was mediation and that nothing could be exchanged. The seller was not really knowledgeable, so no oven or Abus locks could be retrofitted. At another dealer it is, so missed opportunity.
lees meerIn the advertisement we normally state that limited trade-in is possible with mediation campers. That was indeed not mentioned here. We apologize for this because it is certainly annoying if you drive for nothing. There must be a misunderstanding regarding the Abus locks because they can be placed afterwards. With regard to the furnace, we are very curious how it could be retrofitted into a Carthago by another company. We are eager to learn and would like to hear from you again or see how this is done so that we may be able to advise differently.
Craftsmen. The company is not the nearest Adria dealer, but because of the good service we like to drive a little further.
It still exists! A family business where service and craftsmanship are of a high level. The coffee is always ready and extensive advice is given. There are even fun interesting information evenings for the novice motor home. Topper !!
A Stijkel customer with a Carthago for years and the service and handling in the event of damage deserves praise. Agreements are kept and they come up with solutions in case of problems.
