Unfortunately no more contact with Laika dealer is as good as possible too bad
We bought a Laika Kreos 3009 last year At Hazenberg campers in the summer vacation, we had problems with the household battery that was completely full at that time, we were in Germany at that time and it was said that we could come straight to twilight day, then a new one was immediately I put in but that was too much for me I told that there was a Laika dealer 3 km away and went there then it was said that we would probably not get the full amount back, but afterwards the entire amount was paid back anyway there are some things that have been resolved properly this was our 2nd camper that we bought there the first was 1 with the problem engine from Ford, which also broke 4800 euros in damage within 4 years and Ford Netherlands did not want to do anything but through mediation from Ford Huisman from Nibbixwoud and Ron Hazenberg we still got 4400.00 euros back from Ford Nederland We exchanged this camper again after driving for another 7 years and Ron g af a good price in return so we have no complaints it is true that it sometimes takes a long time, but with us everything is always resolved
lees meerLast spring we went to Spain with the Burstner bought from Ron. Before we made the trip, everything was checked carefully. To save weight, motorhomes are increasingly equipped without a spare wheel and have a pump instead. Unfortunately, that pump was not present in our camper. So just called Hazeberg. These were busy with the relocation of the company and therefore the company was closed. Nevertheless, it would be checked whether there was something somewhere that had not yet been packed. Because I had in the meantime realized that I would rather have a spare wheel with me than a pump, I went to the company and explained what I wanted. Despite the crowds, they were looking for a good spare wheel. When we returned to the Netherlands, the spare wheel was returned and a new pump was ready.
lees meerAt the beginning of this year I bought a camper Fendt at Ron Hazenberg. Upon evaluation, it turned out that the camper was sold to me too dearly, but done business does not change. Due to circumstances I tried to offer the camper Fendt back, of course I would take the loss. Many contacts have led to nothing. I kept getting the message: we know your problem and we will solve it, but Ron is at the fair in Zwolle, or in Leeuwarden again, or he was just not there. Finally I spoke to Ron on the phone and he promised to come up with a suitable solution within a week. After this I never heard from again. You can guess the reason. Something has been concealed that should have been reported to me.
lees meerThe seller went unbeaten. Unshackled, because he was mainly concerned with selling, he was not to be caught having any affection with camping or motorhomes. In my opinion, the sales pitch was not in relation to the requested prices and left a bored and greedy impression.
