Bought an excellent second-hand camper in 2016; sold again in 2019. In the meantime I have been for paint damage and have been very hospitable and helped with great service every time. Due to the switch to another brand, no new motorhome selected here, but otherwise it would certainly have been the case. We will certainly take advantage of the offer to come and have a cup of coffee with our new camper!

Accidentally ended up at the company Scharphof. We told Thijs upon arrival that our choice had actually already been made with a con colleague. Advising without any obligation, in combination with the feeling of coming home to the Scharphof family, has changed our plans. During the 5 months of waiting, update regularly. Bought an imported armpit bus here in 2017. In June the headlight adjustment motor turned out to be broken. Due to the distance and time pressure, have it partially repaired in the vicinity after consultation. Costs were reimbursed immediately and a new unit was placed after the holiday. A paint problem was also easily resolved 10 months after purchase. The first service after a year was cheaper than expected with an unsolicited discount. In short, I can wholeheartedly recommend this family business.

Our T4 here exchanged for a T5. We are very satisfied to date. All agreements made are neatly fulfilled. Customer friendliness is unsurpassed here. Even when we were still looking for a possible purchase of another bus camper, they took all the time for explanation and information, even though we indicated that we did not have any concrete plans for this yet.
