Roel Made an appointment for his day off on Monday and solved the problem. Fantastic sevice. All Campers is always there for you, I am very enthusiastic about this company !!!

Actually, I want to give 12 stars, because that rating is a much better reflection of the super positive experiences I've had in the maintenance of my motorhome. AllCampers in Nieuwegein, Roel in particular, exude something unforced. You immediately feel at ease as soon as you enter and for me that was just the beginning of an accumulation of unprecedented good experiences. The customers present that I spoke to were all delighted. When it comes to solving technical defects at the panting large motorhome companies, the good mood disappears as soon as you drive away with the bill in your pocket. I certainly do not want to say that AllCampers communicate "cheapness", because that would violate the very high level of professionalism. For "cheap" you don't get the high level of expertise, the transparency, the dedication, the time for explanation and the passion that I have experienced here. The brothers are now in my list of regular contacts and I expect that they will not disappear from there. Without saying it in those terms at AllCampers, I observed the dedication, the eye for important details and the passion for the profession. The inevitable is now a fact: I am that returning, very satisfied customer, a happy camper. I could not have imagined a better surprise with the necessary maintenance of our home-on- wheels. AllCampers, thank you for exceeding my expectations on almost all fronts. So passion for the profession still exists! There are plenty of RV companies within a limited radius of where I live, but as soon as you can say you "feel like RV maintenance", it's worth a lot. More than the 130 km that I will drive extra for that.

In addition to camper rental, All Campers also has a camping equipment department. They are the only ones in the Netherlands to represent the German Fritz Berger. I had bought a chair in Germany at a Fritz Berger branch that started to show defects after a month or two. When I visited All Campers, it was immediately exchanged for a new one without any problems. Class service!
