Choose your subscription

Choose from two types of subscription:

  1. Booking & Payment: motorhome owners can book and pay for a motorhome spot at your location in advance. Are you closed in the off-season? Then choose a 7-month subscription instead of 12 months.
  2. Payment: motorhome owners pay when they arrive at the motorhome location.

    • Yes, this functionality will be added soon.

    • Customers can pay 24/7 via the Campercontact payment app.

    • In Campercontact, a 'Check in' button appears when viewing a location. When clicked, the payment process starts. They pay for as long as they want to stay.

    • Yes, just by making an additional payment.

    • You decide whether to offer a pitch including tourist tax, or to include tourist tax separately.

    • In the backend (dashboard), you easily create a printout for the declaration.

    • Payment is secure and guaranteed via Stripe, one of the largest payment companies in the world. The net amount is transferred directly to your bank account, without the intervention of Camper Pay.

    • After concluding the contract and arranging the payment process (including necessary payment details), your site will be 'live'. This can be arranged within an hour.

    • The customer will not be charged for paying for a place.

    • Subscription fees are charged for your connection. A one-off connection fee is charged (including information board for your location). In addition, payment traffic costs (0.35 cents per payment) are charged.

    • You only pay for the period you are open (high season only: 7 months, full year: 12 months).

    • The amount of the subscription depends on the number of seats at your location.

    • From the time of payment, they have access (or use), until the time you choose (12:00 next day, for example).
