Place does not exist on these coordinates. A few kilometers south-westerly (another motorhome spot in the app) does exist and is beautiful.

if I'm right this place is in a narrow forest path and there is nothing ... a few kilometers back towards Tallinn there is a parking. I drove there.

11-6-19.Also we have not found the place, but there is also a RMK place at the waterfall which is good to use. Nice walk through the landscaped park, and a small cozy terrace at the restaurant. Good food for a moderate amount. Very quiet at night and slept well. From here a little bit to Tallin and the ferry.
