Along a quiet road in a beautiful nature reserve. We did not notice any checks regarding immigrants. We were ultimately alone and that felt a bit desolate

free along the road. garbage bin and public toilet. many gendarmerie because of refugees, but what a beautiful area, polder area with accessible boardwalk and super nice rough beach. ideal to blow out on the way

The place itself is fine. Along a road with some traffic. But we were woken up by soldiers around 5:00 am for immigration control. We also encountered soldiers on the beautiful beach with the same goal. Everything is safe but we were not reassured anymore…..
