Parked up AM Saturday and enjoyed the day in Falaise. Market, castle tour and museum excellent. It’s literally a place to park and stopover so no facilities but would recommend, flat tarmac, some noise from road but quiet at night. Easy trip up to ferry at Caen. would definitely use again. Tourist information very helpful!

Suitable place for those who want to visit Falaise. The castle is a must. Spending the night is fine, for those who do not object to the openness and proximity of the main road in/out of the city. The sound mentioned by others is indeed present and noticeable. For those who want a little more peace and seclusion, the camping site around the corner from the castle seems to me to be an excellent, paid alternative.
