The place is well shaded by trees. Very nicely situated on the Tauber. Friendly, helpful reception. Unfortunately, the plumbing is outdated, with insufficient ventilation in warm weather and with a lot of shower activity. Only warm, uncontrollable water comes out of the showers. With appropriate renovation, the place could become a gold mine.

Surrounded by greenery, this campsite is an oasis of peace. No whining about outdated sanitary facilities. It's spotless. More important than a hip white interior with a lot of dirt. Beautifully situated 6 km. below the historic town of Wertheim. The campsite is also located on an excellently constructed cycle path. From the campsite you can make beautiful cycling and walking tours. Reception provides maps. Very friendly, helpful owners. Josh and Anja
