Parking Trendelburg

A wonderful spot where you can comfortably set up your chairs outside. Very spacious pitches; our 12-meter campervan easily fit in. The village is charming and boasts a castle with a castle-style restaurant. The village also has a guesthouse called Brandner, where you can enjoy a lovely meal. Electricity costs 0.75 cents per kWh. Toilets are clean, showers cost one euro. Emptying and refilling facilities are available. Highly recommended.

We stayed at this campsite for a few days. It's a quiet location, with large pitches, right on the Diemel River. It's a lovely little quiet spot. A steep climb to the castle. One negative aspect was that the toilets, showers, and sinks were unfortunately not cleaned during our stay.

Nice place, we stayed 2 nights.. Drinking water not working but owners offered tap in building where we could fill containers. Small town, steep walk in, nice bakery. Closes soon.
