Parking

Spent a very peaceful night in a simple parking lot near the train departure point. That's all it takes. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

It is a great place if you want to go on the cog railway the next day. Buy the tickets the day before, in the village of Kalavryta there is a nice exhibition at the tourist office about the National Global Park There is also WiFi at the station.

What a beautiful place to be so close to the railway to take the train to Kalavryta. An absolute must! Haha, of course it is warm when you get back to the camper after it has been in the burning sun! (read previous review) 1.5km further you can cool off at the beach. Further on the cp at the railway there are no facilities, but there are taverns. Once again a well-created cp for a nice train journey. And that for €0.00 !!!
