Killarney Flesk Caravan & Camping Park

The reception area of this campsite is covered in ASCI signs. If you ask about this, you'll get a response like: it's only a few euros discount and that an inspector visits annually. But he doesn't offer a discount! Is this campsite affiliated with ACSI or not? This situation feels unsatisfactory, and €46.00 including electricity for two people is far too expensive. Houses are being built around this campsite, causing a lot of nuisance.

A friendly welcome: you'll be escorted to your pitch. The location deserves 5 stars, 2 km from a nice town and across from the National Park, where we enjoyed two wonderful bike rides (Komoot). The campsite has clean sanitary facilities and hot showers (included), but otherwise it's very basic. The location deserves 5 stars, but the price is 1 star: we paid €48.50 per night (for two people with a campervan). That's not in line with the basic campsite, hence the average 3 stars.

A great place for bike trips into the city and the national park. You can also rent bikes on site. All camping amenities are available. The staff is very friendly and competent.
