Including water, electricity, waste disposal, WIFI. In the meantime getting old and depending on the frequency in need of cleaning. City center easily accessible, supply nearby. Rather noisy in summer (adjacent swimming pool and events).

Place has different prices: Friday, Saturday, Sunday €25.-, otherwise €23.-. Electricity and V+E included. There are normal parking spaces and it gets tight at times. Actually too expensive for a parking space. The proximity to the old town and the market that takes place on Saturdays are positive. Unfortunately too many barking dogs.
