Eko Camp Miami Beach

We ended up at a campsite because our previously chosen ones were fully booked. Initially, we were thrilled with this place; the location near the beach, the pitches themselves – everything contributed to our enthusiasm. And this feeling persisted from our arrival through our customary coffee break and the subsequent, refreshing swim in the nearby Adriatic Sea. From then on, the long-awaited departure drew near. Now it was time...

Large campsite on the beach. Sanitary facilities are clean, but hot water is unavailable. The light didn't work in at least one of the buildings. Wi-Fi is poor. There's no way to empty gray water. The chemical toilet has to be emptied into a pipe sticking out of the ground. It's teeming with mosquitoes and horseflies. €30 per night for a campervan, electricity, and two people. Too expensive for what you get. Not recommended.

Great campsite right on the beach. Basic but clean amenities. September 2025: €30 for two people. A bakery, supermarket, and restaurants are within walking distance. A lost place, the old salt mines, are only 3.5 km away by bike.
