Västerås mälarcamping

A great campsite, bread roll service in May, restaurant closed. We stayed 2 nights, €25.50 per night including electricity, great showers. Paid for washing machine and book on arrival, 2 washing machines and 2 dryers for £70. We will be back!

Large campsite, excellent sanitary facilities, nice swimming spot by the lake. Cycling is often on roads with cars, unfortunately. The campsite overlooks the city's industrial area. There are many pleasant terraces in the city.

!Recommended! A wonderful camp site! Great scenery, friendly welcoming staff and nice, clean updated facilities. Good area for bathing, easy trail walking, bicycling/water sports. You can rent a canoe and enjoy Mälaren on the water. Nostalgic boat ride in to Västerås from the pier and this also goes to an island- great for kids! Buss to Västerås City is easy accessible - bip/swipe card. About 90min to Stockholm. Thumbs up for this Camping! 🤩
