Great campsite, everything is there but the price is slightly higher. £36 per night for 2 people in a small motorhome

The only official campsite on Islay, unfortunately not centrally located. Close to Bruichladdich. Longer drive to Port Ellen. 10 electricity spots on the lake with a view, long walk to the showers (through the grass). Very windy. Showers and toilets were okay, nothing special. Restaurant available.

Camping at a sports complex (soccer field). Great sanitary facilities and there is a canteen that belongs to the sports field can also be eaten, but we did not do that. We have been eating in Port Charlotte
