We had a wonderful night and were in town within a 10-minute walk. All amenities are available, except for electricity. Paying is a breeze with the parking meter (€5). So you don't need an app at all!

The barrier is broken, and according to locals, you no longer need to reserve or pay, making it free. Everything else works. We have free 10A electricity, water, a bike cleaning station, and a chemical toilet. There are about eight spots, but it's located in a very large parking lot where dozens of campers have spent the night. So you can always park here, just not always with electricity.

We arrived at 3 a.m., and everything was clear right away. We had a good spot right away and were able to connect to the power supply right away. We used four €2 coins to get a receipt (the only option, by the way!), and then another €2 for every 3 hours of power. Unfortunately, you have to insert multiple €2 coins if you want to extend the charge beyond 3 hours. I tried to insert another one after 10 minutes for an additional 3 hours, but it failed and I lost money. The playground is very large and fun.
