We ended up here today because the neighboring campsite was full. The place is pretty dated, but it has everything you need for camping, and for €15, including electricity, you can't complain at all. The restrooms are old but clean, and the owners are very friendly.

The place is small but fine. To be allowed to drive in here you have to contact the owners by phone. You are in the middle of an allotment garden. The 101 bus takes you to the city center for €1.40. The operators are very nice and the woman speaks a little German. Electricity, water, toilet and a snack bar on site. Good place to visit Palermo. We stayed here for 2 nights, €20 per night.
