We were here on March 9th. We had the same experience and were just as dissatisfied as the writer of the previous review. There wasn't even any flushing water at the chemical toilet disposal point. It shouldn't be called a campsite! Previous review.

This campsite is excellent in every way, and the welcome is incredibly friendly. See the positives in previous reviews. Highly recommended!

We stayed here for a week in September and it was excellent! A friendly, welcoming welcome, always clean bathrooms (shower token €1), fresh rolls (available all day without reservations), a small shop, good food in the campsite restaurant, and a bus stop to Dresden right outside (tickets can also be purchased at reception). In short: an excellent base for exploring Dresden day after day.

Friendly welcome. Spacious pitches with paved area, grass and vegetation as separation between the pitches. Beautiful sanitary facilities, clean, hot water, toilet and shower area separated. Washing-up area with cooking facilities (last one to be paid with e.g. credit card). Quietly situated with beautiful nature around it.

A beautiful campsite with neat sanitary facilities. Paved camper pitches. Excellent location for visiting the area, which is rich in special features. We paid (late season and 5% ACSI discount) € 21.25/night for 2 pers. and camper, incl. electricity.

A TOP location! We stayed there for several nights and paid (late season and ACSI discount) €22.50/night. The ACSI card also gives €2.00/day interest compensation, which the campsite owner puts in the pole for you. She is very nice and helpful.

Friendly welcome; you can choose your own spot. There are 2 sanitary buildings and also the newest one within walking distance. Good hot water and strong jet in showers and washing up areas. Spacious vegetation (shade in heat). Ptuj within walking distance, very worth seeing and equipped with catering in all flavors. Bread/bakery from 07.30-09.30 on camping. Restaurant next to camping at the Therme/swimming pool. Ambient noise. Good place for visiting Ptuj.

The campsite is part of a large leisure centre. Friendly welcome, very luxurious and clean toilet block, water tap at our spot was broken. Very expensive rates and the ACSI card is also NOT applicable in low season. You can choose for just a camping overnight stay, but even then.... We paid €65 for this (2 pers., camper and electricity + all 'taxes' and service costs that are added per person). 2 stars because of price.

Friendly welcome. Free choice of numerous locations in the forest and in terms of sun/shade. Sanitary facilities more than sufficient and are cleaned several times a day. Please note: for toilet, sink, shower and chemical toilet you have to descend 2x 10 steps and back up in the sanitary building. Bread service, breakfast service and excellent restaurant on the campsite. Small swimming pool + separate pool for the little ones. € 38.25 camper + 2 pers. + electricity + tax / day.

When calling, an answering machine with a message that the campsite was full until a certain date. Emailed with the request for a place after that date. No response received. Called again on the date in question: again only an answering machine with now fully booked until a next date. In short: not reachable and no response by email - not customer friendly.

Friendly welcome. Spacious pitches. Clean sanitary buildings with all amenities; these are on the same level as the entrance and restaurant (there are height differences on the campsite). Restaurant good and reasonable prices. Only the main paths on the campsite are lit. We paid € 32, - per night for 2 people, camper and electricity. Recommended for short and long stays.

Beautiful, asphalted camper place with 6 separate pitches and 2 parking lanes that can accommodate at least 8 campers. It filled up in the evening. Description of the facilities is correct, but the electricity connection is only on the sani column (to charge something), not on/near the pitches. The only downside is the lack of lighting at the camper site; completely dark at night. Big compliment for this free facility!

Quiet campsite on the river where you can swim, boat, etc.; shipping passes. Very friendly, hard working, young managers. Beautiful, clean sanitary facilities; spacious showers, washing-up areas with hot water. Terrace with bar, flammkuchen/pizza, cake (on weekends) and breakfast/bread service. Supermarket is 7 min walk. Many walking and cycling opportunities; information about it at check-in. Our 'few days' turned into 10 to our complete satisfaction!

The previous review from 2022 is still completely correct and is rightly praiseworthy. The only side note is noise pollution (during our week only on Friday to Sunday evenings/nights!) by the nearby Beach Club and its departing visitors across the road next to the campsite.

The fantastic view is only from the terraces, not from the camping pitches. The farm with facilities looks rustic, but the sanitary facilities were not clean. The gravel surface in the photo series from 2016 shows spacious, but this is now shown per surface. 2 campers placed; is therefore tight. There are many animals; everything looks messy. We paid € 31 for 2 people. incl. electricity.

Beautifully laid out motorhome with olive trees, electricity and clean sanitary facilities (including soap and toilet paper). Terrain is fenced/closed; phone nr. bell at the entrance gate. Owner very friendly. Bunches of keys are available for the wicket door in the fence. Camper place is close to the main route (highway). Sound of that didn't bother us; that differs per person. Rate 24 euros is correct. Restaurant across the road is excellent.

Beautiful, shady camper place. Very well maintained, many trees, spacious pitches, 16 electricity connections, various water taps, a number of picnic tables, rubbish bins at the entrance/payment counter and a cheerful reception (also in English). No sanitary facilities. The temples and the like are right opposite the motorhome; entrance thereof 300mtr. beyond. Eating and drinking places along the same street. Temples are nicely lit up late at night!

No ACSI discount and price incorrect: €37/night. Shower € 1.00 (hot water takes a while, after 5 minutes all water supply stops, also cold). Luxury campsite, clean and well cared for. The road along with parking lane buses did not bother us. Pitches separated by green hedges (no reed mats, as in photos). Ideal location to visit historic, beautiful Otranto; campsite is right next to the harbor and city walls.

This campsite is open from April 1!! The rate until 1 June is € 28 per night (2 pers. incl. electricity and tax). The total campsite including facilities is very clean. Showers are free (no coins, as written before) with good hot water. All other water points only cold water. Loos points excellent. Warm welcome with nice tourist tips (boat trip = recommended!) Beach opposite the camping entrance, beautiful old town within walking distance.

Good pitches, campsite on the beach with a restaurant and a nice village that can be reached on foot (climbing). € 26 per night (2 pers., incl. electricity and tourist tax). Dishwashing places only have cold water, waste water is discharged at the adjacent camping site of the same owner and there is no drinking water tap (everywhere there is an indication 'no drinking water').

Very friendly welcome at a beautiful motorhome with stairs to the city center worth seeing. All pitches are paved (asphalt or synthetic grass tiles). Sanitary very clean; ladies and gentlemen each have 2 toilets, 2 showers and 3 sinks. 1 simple dishwashing place. At the waste water discharge point at the end of the site, there is also a column for emptying the toilet tank. Good, free WiFi, electricity paid. Simple cafeteria on camper place.

Very hospitable reception. Helpful owner. Explanation about possibilities in the area, 4 flyers/maps and VVV info book in Dutch language for free. Cozy campsite with playground for children. Pitches on gravel surrounded by grass. Very clean sanitary facilities and good hot showers. Sanitary room with electric heating that can be switched on as desired. Completely against our positive nature this place only gets 1 star. There is great chaos around and on the farmyard. The reception was messy and unclear. Electricity costs € 5 p.n. and the connections turned out to be behind an old caravan after a lot of searching. The existing toilet doors were locked and when asked whether we could use them, the answer came: no, they are not for campers. Pitch in an uncut berm with nettles.

Nice campsite on a pebble/sand beach for short and longer stays: friendly and helpful staff, dated but immaculate sanitary facilities, excellent hot water supply, gravel pitches, perfect power supply (2 connections per pitch), renovated heated indoor swimming pool, shop with fresh bread opposite the campsite, various dining options within walking distance and extensive walking and cycling opportunities. Only downside: sometimes changing WiFi reception.

Excellent motorhome with all amenities and clean sanitary facilities. Well-lit grounds/power columns. Quietly situated in beautiful surroundings near a picturesque Templar village. Machine for entrance and exit (option for instructions in Dutch) gives 2 tickets with all necessary codes; functions perfectly.

A beautiful, peaceful site (see other reviews). You can still arrive and spend the night here on New Year's Eve, but since 2022 only the camping area of this location is closed in January to part of March!! So check the website if you want to stay here during that period. Cottages (if reserved) are possible, for example. Friendly reception; just call on arrival and they are there.

Nice little campsite. Are busy modernizing everything, but the basics are good. Separate men's toilet and shower and separate women's toilet and shower, but also a sanitary area with a family room where you have a lot of space to shower your kids. Children's playground completely renovated with a beautiful trampoline and climbing / sliding device. Some food for sale at reception. Not open at set times. You can always call.

Friendly reception. Clear pitches and instructions on how to park. The campsite is located in a city park with a large lake. Municipal swimming pool in the same park next to the campsite. Bakery/supermarket nearby (3 min. walk). Price motorhome+2 pers. NOK 400. Electricity and showering are included. Washing machine and dryer (60 min.) each cost NOK 50. Sanitary facilities are spacious in number and size and are cleaned very often. Great place for a city visit.

Beautifully located. At the entrance/barrier there is information in several languages including the code for the barrier. In the evening the manager comes by to pay: NOK 350/night; payment only with payment card. Price includes electricity. There are 2 toilets, 2 showers and 2 sinks. Shower costs NOK 20 (also with payment card in the room itself). The layout of the paved (gravel) area for campers is clearly indicated. Very quiet place.

Friendly reception. stood on the highest terrace for 3 days; TOP! That part is not for campers of 7.50 mtr. and more. The layout is tight everywhere and not very spacious. Sanitary facilities neat and clean. With bus 90 and tram 1 within 30 minutes in the center of Bergen. Tip: Bergen Card for sale at the reception (with which free public transport and free entrance or reduced rate at places of interest). A must for a visit to Bergen!

A friendly welcome at this beautifully landscaped campsite. Spacious pitches: paved pitches with adjacent grassy area for motorhomes. Camper + 2 pers. + electricity NOK 340. Free Wifi code. Completely new, modern, very extensive and clean sanitary building with several bathrooms and sanitary room for small children, 2 complete kitchens, separate washing up areas and large sitting/dining room. General entrance door works on a code card. Everything looks neat!

We endorse the previous review. On arrival, pick a spot yourself (4 meters away from neighbors prescribed) and check in/pay at reception between 19.00 and 21.00. Very friendly lady there. Waterfall in the village within walking distance as well as pier for the boat Hellesylt-Geiranger v.v.; recommended! Timetable with cost is on the window of the reception.

This (albeit very expensive) campsite is beautifully situated and offers amply paved pitches with electricity and drinking water within easy reach. All sanitary facilities and chem.toilet dump are continuously maintained, cleaned and kept. Receptionists very friendly. Bus connection to Trondheim (with explanation in reception) is excellent. Kiosk incl. takeaway meals at the campsite. Expensive but perfect!

A friendly welcome at this attractive campsite in all respects. All amenities available and clean. The entire campsite is well maintained, radiates tranquility and has a cozy character. Nice to hike to the top of the small waterfall too. With NOK 265 for motorhome+2 pers. incl. electricity also reasonably priced for Norwegian rates. Shower costs NOK 10 for 5 min. The route there (east side of the lake) is also very nice. Recommended!

Friendly reception. Campsite is being renovated and beautiful, part is ready. Driveways and pitches for motorhomes with asphalt pavement. Grass areas for tents. Sanitary building is new but still a bit messy in terms of decor (toilet rolls on the floor, paper towels absent). Perfect location for visiting the cozy town of Mosjøen.

Beautifully laid out campsite in a beautiful location. The new service building is beautiful, but because the surfers also use it, all sanitary facilities become soaking wet and grubby. Showers: NOK 20 for 6 min. and hot water. Washing up places have lukewarm water.

Sami restaurant within walking distance is excellent. Northern Lights Church in Alta and the Alta Museum (petroglyphs) with a walking route in beautiful scenery are worth a visit. A good place to stay a little longer too.

Associated restaurant offers a nice meal. The road does not cause any noise at night. Friendly reception. The site is practically routed - on the E75 but not bothered by it - and in a beautiful setting, on a lake and surrounded by woods. Facilities in basic accommodation but clean, pleasantly furnished and good hot water. The lake around is a 2 km walk. When we arrived, there were still large areas of ice in the lake.

Excellent reception, large pitches on a very beautifully maintained site. Beautiful location on the lake. Nice play area for children. Very clean sanitary facilities and hot shower water. Dishwashing facilities in the open air and indoors.

This motorhome turned out to open only on May 11 instead of May 7, so we came for nothing on May 9. The whole thing looked like a storage place for boats and other junk. The whole gave a bad impression when it should be in operation 2 days later.

Ideal place to stay overnight. Next to the ferry terminal, but no noise from it. We paid € 12.00 parking fee. Pay when leaving the parking lot, and can only be done with coins and notes. No amenities. The wooden footbridge gives a nice view of the loading and unloading of the ferries.

New motorhome with wide pitches. Entrance via payment terminal (also in Dutch language), after which you will receive several tickets. Code for toilet/shower is on parking ticket; QR-code ticket required, among other things, for the operation of electricity and water/sanitary column. Automatic cleaning of toilet after each use. All ultramodern electronic, and perfectly clean. Great place to stay overnight and/or visit the city.

TEMPORARILY CLOSED. Today (24-02-2022) we were in front of a closed fence. The campsite was unexpectedly closed from mid-February. until early March. Nice to know. 4**** because we are familiar with this beautiful campsite and the friendly welcome.

Beautifully landscaped and clean motorhome; 4 hardstanding pitches and the rest on grass. Drive up to the barrier for the payment terminal to function properly. The Dutch language can also be selected on the machine. New play and sports equipment right next to the site. Very quiet. No toilet or shower facility. Electricity free.

Friendly staff. Neatly maintained campsite with heated, very clean sanitary buildings with unlimited, free, very hot water. Indoor heated swimming pool open from 11am to 5pm (winter). Neighborhood supermarket incl. fresh bread opposite the campsite. Sea, beach, protected nature reserve, walking and cycling routes and restaurants at/near the campsite. Large supermarket at 2km. distance. We were here for 6 weeks (Jan.-February) and will definitely return next year.

Although the app indicates that the campsite is open all year round, it was formally closed during this period (partly due to the small customer base due to Covid). However, the owner was reachable by phone and gave us access anyway. Toilet block and electricity were accessible. We paid € 28.00 for 2 persons including electricity. Tip from the owner to first inquire by telephone in the winter season whether there is a place at the campsite.

Neat campsite with good, clean facilities. Separate room with lots of tourist information, books and games. Practical location for cycling and exploring beautiful, nearby cities. In holiday periods etc. it can be useful to book in advance, because it is really a mini (small) campsite.

Place for the camper and electricity are okay. Toilet and shower facilities are usable, but not crystal clear. The overall impression is chaotic and that people do not maintain it at all. A pity, because the terrain has quite some possibilities. In this region there is little to choose in terms of camping in winter. This is only suitable if you do not 'look tight'. We paid € 18 incl. Electricity for 1 night.

The sanitary facilities are neat. But at this time of the year, every camper is allowed to search for a place on the non-classified, gravel front of the actual camping spots. ACSI only applies from 1 April. Incl. electricity we paid (2 people) € 27.60 / night. WiFi if desired is also expensive. Considering the whole, the price-quality ratio is poor.

This campsite offers space at different heights, with multiple types of views and gradations of vegetation in a beautiful landscape. No place numbers. Most places are spacious and easily recognizable in a natural setting. All supplied with water and electricity (incl. In price). Sanitary is clean; very hot water with showers and (off) washing location. Friendly, multilingual reception. With ACSI € 19 / night

We fully endorse Lies62's positive assessment !! The ACSI price is € 16 / night incl. Electricity and with a stay of 1 week the 7th night is free. The covered and wonderfully heated swimming pool at the campsite is now (winter) accessible daily from 12 a.m. to 6 p.m. and included in the price. Beautiful nature along the coast, beach and promenade within walking and cycling distance.

Beautiful motorhome immediately adjacent to the town. Very friendly manager who gives a lot of information (practical and tourist). Wi-Fi good and affordable. Sanitary super clean at any time of the day. Cozy city with nice sights and great restaurants near the motorhome.

Not a beautiful, but a very practical camper place to visit Seville. Electricity costs € 3 / day. Sanitary is kept clean. Security 24/7 by people and cameras. Very friendly welcome, some also speak English. Bus stop right in front of the door, bus 28 stop in the center, journey takes approximately 20 minutes, costs € 1.40 per person

Excellent campsite with modest places and crystal clear sanitary facilities. Friendly welcome at reception and they also speak English. Tickets for Alhambra or combi-tickets for 5 sights in Granada (incl. Alhambra complete!) Can be purchased at the campsite for € 16 per person + € 5 booking fee. A flamengo / tapas evening can also be booked through the campsite. The ACSI discount simply applies

Beautiful, small campsite. Mittagruhe from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. Very friendly welcome. Worth seeing historic city center within walking distance; 3 large supermarkets at 2 km. Surroundings (Rothar Mountains) offers plenty of opportunities on foot, by bike or by car. No waste water disposal point available on site.

In addition to earlier review: there are many walking and cycling opportunities. We find this campsite a must!

Beautiful place on the Moselle, which makes you truly Happy. Friendly! Many places on the waterfront. Worth seeing Beilstein (village and castle / view) easily accessible via ferry next to campsite. View from the campsite is fairy-tale, even at night. From Beilstein boat trips on the Moselle and through the locks. Sanitary camping crystal clear. Imbiss / restaurant at entrance excellent.

The CP costs € 14.00 plus € 2.50 pp for use of toilet and shower, if desired. Sanitary building is beautiful but is at a walking distance from the CP. Both CP and camping area (close to the sanitary building and € 22.00 incl. Sanitary and 5 kWh electricity) overlook the Moselle with an industrial area on the other side. The places can be considered sufficient.

Perfect and well-kept motorhome, all facilities available and great base for trips in the area. The passing car traffic is audible, but has not disturbed us. Recommended!

For € 16.00 incl electricity a good place to stand / stay overnight. In sanitary building neat dishes with hot water and the showers also have unlimited hot water. Toilets very clean. Places under the trees. There was no disruption of the nearby A9 and railway line at night. Reception very friendly. Wi-fi is pricey.
